I couldn't be more please with the artificial turf installation I received from the Global Syn Turf dealer here in Philadelphia.  This company went way beyond my expectations when it came to the service, professionalism, and workmanship.  I called Global Syn Turf off of their website and the representative called me back within 30 minutes.  He told me they were one of the worlds largest manufactures of artificial turfing the world and sold exclusively through their dealer network.  He referred me to the dealer here in Philadelphia and they were very responsive and professional.  This company came to their first estimate consultation and called  me to let me know they were running 5 minutes late.  This impressed me right away that they would call me and let me know they were running just 5 minutes late.  This is the kind of service and detail that I would expect from a company.  They came to my house and gave me so much information about the process and detail of the installation and how to save money in the installation process. I ended up choosing the S Blade 90 manufactured by Global Syn Turf, one of the largest manufactures in the world.  It is good to know you are getting artificial turf from the manufacturer and not some middle man like so many other companies.  I now have my artificial turf installed and hold a 15 year manufacture's warranty directly from the manufacture themselves.  5 Stars to all...............

I want to thank Global Syn Turf and give them a 5 Star rating for being a great and elite artificial turf manufacturer and distributor.  First, Global Syn Turf has the best website that is very forth coming.  Not many companies post copies of all their spec sheets and turf tests.  Secondly they have so many great tools for the end user.  One tool the lady on the phone a Global Syn Turf helped me with is the Instant Lawn Size Checker.  I was trying figure out how much it would cost to have artificial turf installed and the lady on the phone asked what the square footage was of my yard.  I told her I had no idea what the square footage was.  She took me to the "Instant Lawn Checker App" on the website and it actually used satellite photos and a measuring tool to come up with the grass area in my backyard square footage of 848 sq. ft.  From their she took me to the "Installation Cost" app on the website that you can plug in your square footage and come up with a cost of all materials and labor.  Then she showed me another app on the website called the "Cost and Savings" app which estimates how much I am going to save on water and not having a gardener.  She then asked if I was going to install it myself or if I needed an installer.  I told her I needed and installer and she gave me the name and numbers of three Global Syn Turf Distributors in my city.   I called them all and had them come to my house to give me a free no obligation quote to have Global Syn Turf artificial grass installed in my backyard.  I want to tell everyone Global Syn Turf is one of the good companies and would recommend them to anyone.

I referred to Global Syn Turf from a neighbor of mine in Philadelphia who had artificial turf installed in their backyard.  My neighbor was very happy with the artificial turf that Global Syn Turf manufacturers and the 15 year manufacturer's warranty.  He also told me he was referred an installation company that specializes in synthetic grass installations.  I called them up and asked for a free estimate.  They showed up 3 days later with samples of artificial turf for us to keep and review.  They measured my yard and gave me a no obligation estimate for installation.  They gave me some great ideas for my yard and how to install the yard, upgrade my landscaping and save me money in the process.  My wife and I decided to go with the S Blade 50 artificial turf and gave a deposit to the installation company.  One week later they started the installation which took four days.  They were professional and tidy and did a great job on the installation.  My new no maintenance yard looks amazing.  I want to thank my neighbor, Global Syn Turf and the local install company that installed my yard.

Benefits of Synthetic Grass

Grass lawns' notion being installed at a house front and back yards originated from England where the weather is quite accommodating to grow and preserve natural grass. Here in particular states that are dry, such thought only won't fly! In cities located in desert regions for example Las Vegas, Nevada, Arizona and Phoenix, natural grass that is growing is extremely difficult. People are tired of plain and boring cement or rockery appearance and lots of desert scape notions will not meet most homeowners' desire for "green". Artificial grass supplies a perfect alternative in such situations. As an industry, artificial grass is not too new, it has existed for more than five decades. However, to the public, synthetic grass looks quite new.

"What? Unreal grass? Seriously? Imitation?" Don't scorn. Synthetic turf is moving beyond football fields and golf courses to be common in home landscapes. When Steve Wallace of Santa Monica, California went for synthetic lawn, he decided for long blades and a dark green color a look he couldn't achieve with his lawn before, which on hot summer days (one hundred degrees or more) turned to dust, and on rainy days turned into a mud pit. Tired of re-sodding two times a year not to mention the endless watering and mowing the 43-year-old homeowner was extremely happy to plunk down $5,000 to see installers peel away his old lawn. Now, he says, two little kids and his two dogs can romp and roll around without enduring the plastic rug burn of yore, or tearing up the turf. And maybe best of all is how grassy it looks.

"People have to go up close to it, he says, before they say, Wow, this isn't real.

Makers credit the new "you coulda fooled me" look to the marvels of science. Global Syn-Turf's Dave Maronic, for one, tends to lapse into sports car speak when describing the "blend of aesthetics and functionality" offered by the firm's latest creation, a compact grass it calls Double W series, which contains such space age-seeming attributes as "Double W shaped blades" and "No-shine technology." The initial price on synthetic turf is higher than natural grass, but given the fact of most of synthetic grass will last at least from eight to ten years, such investment nonetheless makes sense for most homeowners, particularly those live in "desert cities".

Infills for Synthetic Grass

Most synthetic turf products require infills which to be installed onto the grass between blades to help the blades of grass stand up and also hold the turf down. In addition, it protects the grass backing from ultraviolet rays that could cause damage and void guarantees. Some artificial grass infill options are ZeoFill, Green sand, Copper slag, Silica Sand and Rubber. Among all, ZeoFill is the choice for synthetic turf infill for playgrounds and pet owners. Dog owners with artificial grass lawns have been struggled with urine smells for years.. Many individuals want to water down their turf one time a week to get rid of the smell but never worked correctly because water from a hose does not have enough force to shove bacteria deep into the earth. ZeoFill is made out of a natural resource from the earth that is a negatively charged honey combed molecular structure that prevents the ammonia from forming a gas to become smelly and absorbs the urine. ZeoFill pulls any gases towards itself and hold it until sodium ion (Na ) in rain water releases the magnetivity and the force of heavy rainfall will flush out the bacteria, compelling it through the turf into the earth making your turf virtually new again. The sodium forces the calcium ions out and recharges the ZeoFill when dry. Nevertheless, ZeoFill will not remove bacteria that are poor. To remove poor bacteria, Global Syn-Turf, Inc. recommends nits very own Synthetic Grass Pet Odor Neutralizer, this enzyme products will not just neutralize the pet odor, but also remove poor bacteria and clean the turf, using this along with Zeofill will realize the best possible results on pet's odor control!

The ZeoFill granule will hold the ammonia water until it is cleaned out the ZeoFill with the enzyme solution or significant rainwater flushes. The ZeoFill granules will be trapped inside the turf system and contains a 5 year warranty on deterioration.
