The reality is they do not. Because 90% of all man-made, synthetic grass or turf is made in or near Dalton, Georgia by carpet producers, the machines that produce carpet also make artificial synthetic turf using a "tufting machine." The only difference between carpeting and artificial turf is the rubber backing and the yarn that's used. Artificial grass firms that advertise potty grass, pet turf, dog grass, dog turf, pooch grass, and many other names are merely selling an existent grass merchandise they renamed to appeal to pet owners. The petgrass of global Syn Turf is a real deal. Their petgrass attributes unique Flo-Rite-Thru technology with a proprietary backing and amalgamated antimicrobials permeable, GST petgrass empties 50 times faster and requires less water for cleaning.

Bernhard Langer, the two time master champions, is one of the newest golf celebrities to have synthetic grass and putting greens installed. "I never imagine that I could have the manicure look of golf green here right in my own back yard!" Bernhard Langer's back yard is featuring the best synthetic grass and putting greens by Global Syn-Turf, Inc., he made these comments during an interview in Palm Beach, Florida.

A backyard putting green constructed of artificial turf costs an average of $14 per square foot. Contrast that with an average of $8-$12 per square foot for a regular artificial turf lawn, and a backyard putting green looks like a very good deal indeed given the use youll get out of it.

When designed with creativity and a spirit of fun, a backyard putting green can be a popular gathering spot for friends and family to enjoy one anothers company and the pleasures of the outdoors for years to come. Many people, especially the pros will consider the performance of artificial putting greens: "Does it perform the same or similar as real grass greens?" The answer is absolutely! Climate changes such as longer, colder winters and raining seasons have made the demand for indoor sport facilities skyrocketing! Mega sized indoor sports facilities normally over 300,000 sf., are being built throughout the country. Most of these facilities are designed for multiple sports applications and to create the flexibility of switching among different sport applications can be a very challenging task. "People want to play soccer in these facilities while the weather is not permitting outside" said Dave Maronic, Vice President of Global Syn-Turf, Inc., a synthetic grass manufacturer based in Hayward, California, "But we can't grow grass lawns in these indoor facilities, artificial grass surface becomes the only solution for this demand." Most of the artificial grass for sports applications are designed for outdoor fields which are tall blades and require a lot of infills of rubber and sand mix. Such systems are permanent and won't work for an indoor application.

The indoor sport facilities owners want to maximize the use of their facilities: for example, a facility owner would like to has his facility to play soccer for 3 month, ice hockey 3 for two month, baseball for 3 month and football for 3 month, or simply play a few hours of each sport during a day. In order to meet such demands, companies like Global Syn-Turf, has developed artificial grass products can be just that flexible. Their Trainers Turf is a shorter and thicker product which doesn't require any infills when installed indoors. The indoor installations of Trainers Turf will require certain form pad under the turf to provide proper cushioning to prevent injuries, such pads are available through Global Syn-Turf as well. Velcro to be used in such installations which make the install and removal of both the turf and pads very easy. For smaller areas, using 2'x2' interlocked artificial grass pads will be ideal: this product is just like any other interlocked sports surfaces, in artificial grass. The soccer team can come in right after a basket ball practices, and put these pads together themselves, a few minutes later, a hard surface becomes soccer field!

Artificial grass is not only for commercial indoor sports facilities, but also for residential or personal applications. Some people choose to decorate internal areas to transform their space into an indoor oasis others like to create soccer or other sporty themes for their childrens bedrooms, and these can be really quite effective!

Artificial grass obtained considerable interest when it was used in the recently built Astrodome. But the first generation was just a green plastic variation of carpeting, quite man-made! Artificial turf can withstand more use and can thus be used much more often. This permits sports earth owners to create more income. The upkeep price is just 1/5 of that of actual grass.

Since the early 1990s, using synthetic grass in the arid Western states of America has proceeded quickly to commercial and residential landscaping beyond athletic fields. This tendency was driven by the dramatic development in the quality and assortment of accessible synthetic grasses, the decreased price of care and upkeep compared to natural grass.

To hold the turf down it requires infills to be installed onto the grass to help the blades of grass stand up. The grass backing is also protected by it from uv beams which may cause damage and void guarantees. Some artificial grass infill choices are ZeoFill, Green sand, Copper slag, Silica Sand and Rubber. Among all, ZeoFill is the option for synthetic turf infill for playgrounds and pet owners. Dog owners with artificial grass yards are fought with pee odors for years.. A lot of people want to water down their turf one time a week to remove the odor but never functioned correctly because water doesn't have sufficient power to shove bacteria deep into the earth. ZeoFill is made from a natural resource in the world which will be a negatively charged honeycombed molecular structure that prevents the ammonia from forming a gas and consumes the urine. Nevertheless, ZeoFill will not remove bacteria that are poor. To remove poor bacteria, Global Syn-Turf, Inc. urges nits really own Synthetic Grass Pet Odor Neutralizer, this enzyme products are not only going to neutralize the pet smell, but also remove poor bacteria and clean the turf, using this along with Zeofill will reach the perfect results on pet's scent control!

The ZeoFill granule will hold the ammonia water until it's cleaned out the ZeoFill with the enzyme solution or significant rainwater flushes. The ZeoFill granules will be trapped inside the turf system and contains a 5 year guarantee on deterioration.

Artificial Grass Benefits

The idea of grass lawns being installed at a house' front and back yards initiated from England where the weather is very accommodating to grow and maintain natural grass. Here in certain dry states, such idea just won't fly! In cities located in desert areas such as Phoenix, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada, growing natural grass is almost impossible. People are tired of plain and boring cement or rockery look and a lot of desert landscape ideas won't satisfy most homeowners' desire for "green". Artificial grass provides a perfect solution in such situations. As an industry, artificial grass is not that new, it has been around for more than five decades. However, to the general public, synthetic grass seems very new. "What? Plastic grass? Give me a break!" Really? Fake grass, you say? Don't scoff. Synthetic turf is moving beyond football fields and golf courses to become more common in home landscapes. When Steve Wallace of Santa Monica, California went for synthetic, he opted for longer blades and a darker green color a look he could never achieve with his natural lawn, which on 100-plus-degree summer days turned to dust, and on rainy days a mud pit. Tired of re-sodding twice a year not to mention the endless mowing and watering the 43-year-old homeowner was more than happy to plunk down $5,000 to see installers peel away his old lawn. Now, he says, his two dogs and two small kids can romp and roll around without tearing up the turf, or suffering the plastic rug burn of yore. And perhaps best of all is how grassy it looks.

"People have to go up close to it," he says, before they say, Wow, this isnt real."

Manufacturers credit the new you coulda fooled me look to the marvels of science. Global Syn-Turf's Maronic, for one, tends to lapse into sports-car speak when describing the blend of aesthetics and performance offered by the companys latest creation, a dense grass it calls Double W series, which includes such space-agesounding features as Double W shaped blades and No-shine technology. The initial cost on artificial grass is higher than natural grass, but given the fact of most of synthetic grass will last at least 8-10 years, such investment still makes a lot of sense for most homeowners, especially those live in "desert cities".

Astronauts make emergency landing after Russian rocket carrying them to International Space Station failsOctober 11, 2018 12:37 AM - An American and Russian astronaut have survived an emergency landing in Kazakhstan after the Soyuz rocket carrying them to the International Space Station failed in mid-flight.  The latest in a long string of Russian rocket crashes, Thursday's star-crossed flight is yet another black eye for the Roscosmos space agency, which remains the only reliable way to get to the ISS. The Russian-made rocket began to plummet to earth a little more than two minutes into the six-hour mission due to a “vehicle malfunction”. The engines were seen to cut out in the air, after which the Soyuz MS-10 spaceship holding Russian commander Alexei Ovchinin and Nasa astronaut Nick Hague jettisoned from the drifting launch vehicle. An internal camera showed the capsule jerking the pair around violently as the flight malfunctioned. State media showed rescuers helping the two crew members into a helicopter, and Nasa said the men were in good condition. “Vehicle malfunction. That was a quick flight,” Mr Ovchinin declared dryly over the radio at the beginning of the emergency descent. Rescuers help the two crew members out of a helicopter in Kazakhstan Credit: Russian Central Military District/TASS via Getty Images The crash comes after Roscosmos head Dmitry Rogozin accused Elon Musk of conspiring with the Pentagon to force other players out of the space industry and suggested that international astronauts had sabotaged the ISS by drilling the hole found in its hull. Adding to the embarrassment was a string of tweets by Roscosmos detailing the successful completion of three launch stages that never actually happened.  The agency later deleted tweets with false information such as “287 seconds: The second stage successfully jettisoned”.   Russia's space agency has deleted the tweets detailing the successful launch that didn't actually happen, but here are screenshots. The ship had crashed before the second stage could "jettison normally at 287 seconds" pic.twitter.com/AD8o4MPPjI- Alec Luhn (@ASLuhn) October 11, 2018 After a normal liftoff from the same launchpad from where Yury Gagarin began the first manned space flight, the accident occurred amid the transition from the four large launch boosters to the next set of engines.  “Thank God the crew is alive,” Vladimir Putin's spokesman said.  “According to preliminary information, the cause [of the crash] came during the separation of the first stage from the second stage,” Yury Borisov, deputy prime minister for the military industrial complex, told reporters. “A special commission will get to the bottom of this.” A Nasa statement blamed an “anomaly with the booster” for the incident and promised a thorough investigation. Astronauts emergency landing location – Kazakhstan Part of the second stage may have gotten caught on the first due to “poor fastening,” pushing the craft off-course and causing the emergency shutdown of the engines, Interfax news agency quoted a space industry source as saying.    Further Roscosmos launches have been suspended, Mr Borisov said. Another two-man Russian-American crew had been scheduled to set out for the space station on 20 December.  An American, a Russian and a German astronaut who had planned to return from the ISS on the Soyuz MS-10 ship will have to reconsider their plans.  A plume of smoke trails behind the rocket before its crash Credit: Shamil Zhumatov/Reuters Besides the two astronauts, the crashed rocket had been carrying supplies, but the ISS has enough reserves for another six months of operations.  Roscosmos tweeted photographs of Mr Rogozin speaking with Mr Hague and Mr Ovchinin while they relaxed on couches with blood pressure and pulse monitors on their arms. After a medical examination they would fly back to Moscow, it said.  Russian experts said the astronauts, both former military pilots, had been trained to withstand even more intense g-forces. A rescue team arrives at the capsule after it crash landed in the grasslands of Kazakhstan 250 miles from Baikonur cosmodrome Credit: Russian Central Military District/TASS via Getty Images A lengthening list of accidents has raised doubts about the state of Russia's space programme.   In a gross human error, an unmanned Soyuz rocket launched from Russia's new Vostochny cosmodrome in November crashed into the Atlantic Ocean after it was programmed with the launch coordinates for Baikonur. The disaster, which came after Mr Rogozin had declared the mission a success, destroyed 19 international satellites worth hundreds of millions of dollars.  Russian unmanned cargo rockets of different designs crashed in 2016, 2015 and 2014.  Alexei Ovchinin and Nick Hague wave to onlookers before boarding the spacecraft Credit: Sergei Savostyanov/TASS/Barcroft In 2013, a Proton-M rocket carrying three satellites for the Glonass navigation system, Russia's rival to GPS, burst into flames and slammed into the crowd on live television.  Mr Rogozin, who was sanctioned by the United States and European Union in 2014 over Russia's intervention in Ukraine crisis, lost his position as deputy prime minister this year but retained much of his influence with the appointment as head of Roscosmos.  Speaking to state television on Thursday, he praised the "calm actions" of the crew and ground controllers but said conclusions about the crash could only come later. The ISS, which has been circling the earth at more than 17,000 miles per hour since 1998, is one of the few remaining areas of cooperation between Moscow and Washington amid rising political tensions. Mr Hague was born in 1975, the year the United States and Soviet Union launched their first joint space mission.
