I was looking for artificial turf to put in my backyard and I wanted to find the manufacturer of the artificial turf so I could get a true Manufacturer's Warranty. I did not want a warranty from an installer, I wanted to know who the manufacturer was and how to reach them. I found Global Syn Turf online and spoke with Kelly who explained that Global Syn Turf was a manufacturer and even gave me the address to their office in Dalton, GA. Global Syn Turf sent me some artificial turf samples at no charge for my review. They also told me they did not install artificial turf or sell direct and I had to go through one of the distributor/dealers here in Wisconsin. I called a few of them and had them come out and give me a bid for installing the artificial turf. While they were here at my home I asked them about Global Syn Turf and they gave raving reviews of this company. They also said Global Syn Turf always stands behind their artificial turf products. If anything is wrong with the product they will replace the product at no charge. He did mention that the installer has a 1 year warranty on their labor. The installers also told me the warranty does not cover melting of the turf by window reflection. He walked around my house to look at my windows and the position of the sun to see if I have any potential problems which he said I did not. Lastly he mentioned that if for any reason their was a product failure neither the installer or Global Syn Turf will cover the labor to reinstall the turf. That is why the installer said he always roll the turf out and inspects for defects, lines, makes sure it is the right turf and the right dye lot before he cuts or installs the turf. I finally had my artificial turf installed and could not be happier. I give this company a thumbs up.

I living in Wisconsin and there aren't many contractors that install artificial turf here. I was surfing the internet and found a website called Global Syn Turf.com. The website had an application that could tell me the size of my yard. This application is amazing, it gives you a Google Earth Satellite view of your house. Then you use some tools on the computer to measure lines in your yard and it gives you the measurements. I literally measured the square footage of my backyard with a satellite image of my house. This is technology at its best. Besides the "Check Your Lawn Size" application they also have a job cost calculator. This calculator will estimate the cost of all the materials needed to install your artificial grass all the way down the base work and labor to do the whole job. Then on top of that it has a "Calculate Saving" application, this app lets you figure out the saving earned when you don't have to pay for water or a gardener any more. This is a fantastic and educational website I recommend everyone see for themselves.
I called Global Syn Turf and asked them for an estimate to install my backyard and they told me they are a manufacturer and don't do installs. They referred me to their artificial turf distributor here in Wisconsin and I ended up using them to install the S Blade 66 Global Syn Turf grass. I want to write this review because of the great experience I had on the website and it is great to find a company that is a one stop shop.

Golf landscaping has been my area of expertise for that past few years. It's hard to find a good supplier for putting greens since they need to be perfect to have the best golfing experience. Many of my clients gravitate towards GST's products because of their selection and good quality. The putting greens you guys offer installs easily and is very smooth on the surface, which is perfect for putting. Great supplier for all golfing needs, would highly recommend getting samples and trying them out.

Most of artificial grass requires infills which to be installed onto the grass between blades to help the blades of grass stand up and also hold the turf down. It also protects the grass backing from ultraviolet rays which could eventually cause damage and void warranties. Some artificial grass infill options are ZeoFill, Green sand, TCool, Silica Sand. Among all, ZeoFill is the #1 choice for synthetic turf infill for pet owners and playgrounds. Dog owners with artificial grass lawns have been struggled with urine smells for years.. Even though some leading turf manufacturers such as Global Syn-Turf, Inc. has made antimicrobial pet turf to resist the bacterial ammonia from adhering to the turf fibers, but regular infills would still hold ammonia urine resulting in a great deal of smell. Many people are trying to water down their turf once a week to get rid of the smell but never worked properly because water from a hose does not have enough force to push bacteria deep into the ground. ZeoFill is made out of a natural resource from the earth which is a negatively charged honey-combed molecular structure that absorbs the urine like a magnet and prevents the ammonia from forming a gas to become smelly. ZeoFill pulls any gases towards itself and hold it until sodium ion (Na) in rain water releases the magnetivity and the force of heavy rainfall will flush out the bacteria, forcing it through the turf into the ground making your turf virtually new again. The sodium forces the calcium ions out and recharges the ZeoFill when dry. However, ZeoFill will not remove bad bacteria. To remove bad bacteria, Global Syn-Turf, Inc. recommends nits very own Synthetic Grass Pet Odor Neutralizer, this enzyme products will not only neutralize the pet odor, but also remove bad bacteria and clean the turf, using this along with ZeoFill will achieve the best possible results on pet's odor control!
To maximize the Benefits of ZeoFill, always install it on top of turf not under turf: When your dog urinates on the turf, the urine will instantly be consumed by the ZeoFill granules preventing ammonia bacteria particles from traveling through the turf. The ZeoFill granule will hold the ammonia water until it is cleaned with an enzyme solution or heavy rainwater flushes out the ZeoFill. The ZeoFill granules will be trapped inside the turf system and has a 5 year warranty on deterioration.
