Global Syn Turf is a legitimate artificial turf manufacturer that cares about their customers and their products. I had to deal with them on a product warranty claim and they were very responsive and professional. The returned my call within one hour asking if they could come out and look at the turf installation. They sent someone out within two days and wrote up a report. They sent me a response the very next day telling me they were sending me a replacement piece of turf and that I could keep the turf that was already installed. Even though labor is not included in the product warranty I gave the old turf to my turf installer. This is the kind of service you would want from a manufacturer of any product. Usually when you reach out to a manufacturer about a defect it takes for every for them to get back to you and even when they do get back to you. Global Syn Turf made this process so easy. They were so responsive, so professional and was truly concerned about how I felt. They made the process seamless and stress free. I want to thank Global Syn Turf for all they have done and let everyone know my new artificial turf looks amazing and would recommend it to anyone.

I want to thank the Global Syn Turf dealer here in Louisiana for a wonderful job on installing my backyard. Brian and his crew showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up very well after themselves. Global Syn Turf is the manufacturer of the artificial turf and does not sell direct to the public or do installations. Global Syn Turf has some of the most realistic artificial grass I have ever seen. If you ever want to see some of the most realistic and soft and not shiny artificial turf I would call them today. They can also refer you to a dealer or distributor in your area. The dealer will sell you the turf and give you an estimate for installation. I could not believe what all is involved in the installation of synthetic grass. Brian and his crew tore out 4 inches of grass and dirt out of my backyard and used a wheel barrow to carry all the material to the front yard to a dump truck. They then brought 4" of crushed rock material to the backyard to fill in the hole they dug using the same wheel barrows. They the turf comes in and it is in 15' wide rolls. They rolled the artificial turf out and cut it into place using a carpet knife. One it was cut in they nailed it into the base. They used a seam fabric, glue and nails to attach the seams together. I forgot to add they put a layer of weed cloth under the turf to try and help prevent any weeds. Then they installed about 1,200 pounds of sand infill into the turf to help the grass stand up. Like I said they cleaned up very well after themselves and we love our new grass. Thanks Brian and Global Syn Turf.

I need some turf down here in the south and Global Syn Turf came through for me. When I contacted them the referred me to their dealer here in Louisiana to give me a quote for artificial turf and the installation. There is a lot to consider when purchasing artificial turf and I would have to say the most important thing to consider is the price of artificial turf. The second thing to consider is the fact that artificial turf is little to no maintenance. You also need to figure out what type of infill you want to put in your synthetic grass. There are so many to choose from and I suggest to everyone to educate themselves on al the choices. Energy efficient windows have the ability to melt artificial turf and it is important to research this before you buy artificial turf. Seam are something to be aware of. Seam will be present and visible and it is something to be aware of. Kids love it and pets love it and overall I think artificial turf is very well worth it. Something very important to consider is drainage. You need to know where and how the artificial turf is going to make your artificial turf drain. We have had the synthetic grass installed for 4 weeks now and I can't tell you how happy we are. Please call Global Syn Turf today to get a quote today.

I would like to thank Global Syn Turf for helping me understand artificial turf and the tools needed to do the job myself. First, Global Syn Turf has some of the nicest artificial turf products on the market today I have ever seen. Their products look so real and natural. They also taught me the installation process to install artificial turf by my self. They also tole me some of the tools needed for artificial turf. Here is a list of what I learned: Shovel's and picks, grading rake, hammer measuring tape, carpet knives, cutting blades, carpet stretcher, carpet scissors, blower, wheel barrow, drop speaker, vibrating plate, power broom and push broom. Most of these tools you may already have or could by or may have to rent. All in all they are easy to obtain to install artificial turf if you choose to do that yourself. I will admit it wasn't easy, but I did save some money. I want to thank Global Syn Turf and their team of professionals for helping me with this project.

Global Syn Turf is the greatest artificial turf manufacturer in the world. They referred us to an dealer here in Dallas to sell us the turf and refer us to an installer. Their artificial turfs are absolutely amazing. We had 3 different installers come out to give us a bid. Global Syn Turf gave us a list of things to ask the installers to make sure we got our moneys worth. For instance what type of base to use, how deep the tear out and removal should be, which way the turf should lay, where the seams should be, where the turf should be nailed, how much and what kind of infill to use. All of these tips were very valuable to show the installers we knew what we were talking about. We ended up using the turf installer that we found to be the most user friendly and adaptive to our ideas and wants what we want. We ended up using the SuperNatural 60 Turf from Global Syn Turf sold to us and delivered to us by the Dallas Distributor. The SuperNatural 60 is a 1.75" tall turf with 6 different colors. Apparently this is the only 6 color turf on the market today. It has four different types of turf blades which makes it look so natural especially when the blades have four different colors. The total weight of this turf is 96 ounces per square yard but feels heavier and thicker. The curly thatch at the bottom is two different colors: Brown and Green. If you want to see all the testing and the lead free test go to Global Syn Turf.com and you can see it there. I want to thank Global Syn Turf and tell them what a great and complete company they are.

In the past decade, the use of "new generation" artificial turf has become quite common throughout the United States. Synthetic grass applications that not related to sport fields are getting really popular in western states such as California, Arizona and Nevada. Such states are areas where outdoor water use is restricted or low maintenance is desired. Common applications include veterinary clinics, animal shelters, golf practice ranges, school yards, residential lawns, and low water use landscapes.
The market of residential lawns has been growing at an average annual rate of thirty five percent even during the economy downturns. As market grows, prices are coming down dramatically which in turn to fuel further market growth! Alvin Balahadia used to work for an artificial grass installation company in San Jose, California, he remembers how the selling of synthetic grass for residential lawn applications fifteen years ago: You walked in a house as a salesman, the first question to the homeowners was: "Do you know the artificial grass is a luxury thing, only the top ten percent of the household can afford it?" This might sound humiliating but true. Fifteen years ago, the turn key price for installing artificial grass in San Francisco Bay Area was between $22.00 and $26.00 per square foot, while today's price range is between $8.00 and $14.00 per square foot. Such price range is still much higher than natural grass. "The normal life expectancy of artificial grass is about 15 years. If you can get your investment back within first five years by saving money on water and maintenance, then you enjoy the beautiful lawn for the next 10 years without any water bills and the hassles of mowing and trimming, will you do it? I know I will." Said Alvin Balahadia :"It is a great investment on your house as houses with synthetic grass lawns are considered with upgraded premium options here in San Francisco Bay Area and other dry states like Arizona and Nevada."
On average, a household in San Francisco Bay Area can save between $600.00 and $1,200.00 annually on water bill along if they get rid of the natural grass lawns.

More than eighty percent of people who are interested in artificial grass are dog owners! Why? Most dogs will have an area in the yard that they choose to use when they relieve themselves, which will ruin the nature grass and creating ugly looking brown spots, before synthetic grass, there is almost no real solutions for this problem. In general, artificial turf drains well and pet messes can be cleaned up easily. Leading artificial grass manufacturers like Global Syn-Turf,Inc., has developed petgrass with unique features such as a knitted flow-through backing, durable blades and antimicrobial protection. Such premium products have become the ideal surfacing option for kennels, dog boarding and pet facilities, dog parks, and vet clinics, both indoors and out. Most of the professional petgrass installers will suggest to use organic and environmentally safe Zeofill on to the artificial grass as the urine neutralizer which will minimize the dog odor naturally. Dont worry if you have a pet odor problem, attach your garden hose to Synthetic Grass Pet Odor Neutralizer bottle and spray, the smell will be gone! Such products are available through such artificial grass companies as Global Syn-Turf, Inc..
To keep your pet's area clean and odor-free, a properly installed under-drain system is very critical. A proper base system should be about 3-4 inches: 2 - 2 inches of drain rock, compact to 90% and 1 11/2 inches of either class II road base or decomposed granite compact to 90%.
Such base surface should be as level as possible with a slight grade for optimal drainage. "We all love our dogs, provide them with the best: low maintenance and long lasting artificial grass!" David Maronic, Vice President of Global Syn-Turf, Inc. made the comments at a home show in Orange County, California.

Backyard putting greens are excellent way of bringing family and friends together to love the outside. I the past, folks happen to be attempting to install grass putting greens that are actual turned out that regardless of how hard you try, it's just not possible to keep it! Artificial turf additionally has an even surface that is perfect for putting. Artificial greens are almost maintenance free. They are capable to resist cold or hot temperatures, in addition to states that are wet, and are just about constantly prepared for play.
A backyard putting green has this kind of great social component that you will use it a lot more if it is close to other spaces that are amusing or verandas. But if you make it challenging, family and friends will appreciate the putting green for a long time in the future. Using several undulations, a sand pit, knolls, and about three holes will make sure it stays playable and intriguing. When it comes to your playground use, what's the concern that is most essential? Security! We want our kids to play on the safe surface potential when playing in a playground. Artificial grass installed over a foundation that is proper can offer an ASTM security rating for fall heights up to 12 feet which will be a conventional natural grass never can reach! A correctly certified jurisdiction should also have a soft, consistent surface that is ADA accessible for wheelchair access that is easy. Since the grass won't displace like loose fill or wood chips, the safety rating isn't difficult to maintain even under play equipment. The synthetic grass on the market now provides an extremely natural appearance. Those who have seen the latest products in many cases are surprised at how real it appears. Kids stay cleaner when they play on a synthetic grass surface. There's no sand or other loose fill to be in the kids' clothes, hair, eyes, or mouth. Some synthetic grass products are made with built-in antimicrobial agents to help protect against other microbes and bacteria.
Artificial grass' low maintenance and unique longevity can meet almost all budgets of a playground project. Based on a combined survey by Los Angeles Times and Sacramento Bee, Synthetic grass for playgrounds lasts longer and usually costs less than pour-in-place surfaces. While pour-in-place normally needs repairs after about five years, the practical longevity of artificial grass is nearer or more. Synthetic grass systems designed specifically for playgrounds can offer a guarantee of up to eight years, with little noticeable fading even in excessive temperatures. Repairs on pour-in-place surfaces are generally expensive and unattractive. With synthetic grass, repairs are considerably less regular, and they are virtually unnoticeable when they're done.
Global Syn-Turf is an exclusive artificial grass partner of San Francisco 49ers.
Artificial grass is more durable than organic grass and may be used without the rest intervals that organic lawn requires to maintain the grass healthy. The New York Department of Parks and Recreation (NYCDPR) quotes that on an annual basis, let use (hours per year) for synthetic turf sports fields is 28-percent greater than for grass fields that are natural. Synthetic turf's care prices will change depending on the use and design of the field, but are normally believed to be lower compared to the maintenance costs of organic grass. Normal grass requires fertilizer application, standard cutting, insect control and potentially sprinkling. Artificial grass needs repairing stitches replacing in-fill materials and eliminating weeds and moss moss. Specialized equipment, which may or may not be contained in the purchase cost of the area, is needed for these activities.
With regards to the synthetic grass fields installations, most of installers have now been using crumb rubber along with silica sands as the principal infills. The blades of sport field artificial lawn products are at least 2-1/4" tall which supply room enough for infills. The aim of having infills insport fields is to provide enough cushioning for the fields hence to reduce the risks of human anatomy harms. Sand combination and crumb rubber can serve such purpose very well. Crumb rubber is made by grinding used wheels. Steel and fiber fatigue parts are eliminated during the procedure and the rubber pellets are sorted by size. Pellet sizes starting from about one sixteenth to one quarter inch in size are applied to synthetic turf. Crumb rubber is commonly applied at a rate of 2-3 pounds per square foot of area surface. Studies have already been conducted from the California Environment Protection Agency Office of Environmental Health Hazard Evaluation and the Norwegian Institute of Public Health to assess the potential for consumption exposure to the chemicals in crumb rubber by youngsters playing on synthetic turf. Both studies concluded that health hazards to children resulting from the ingestion of crumb rubber are not high.
Nevertheless, there continue to be a lot people do not enjoy the notion to make use of the crumb rubber in synthetic grass sport areas, it may get real popular to amounts of discomfort, in addition to the rubber may get on people's body and travel on and off the area. Several parents have complained their kids were covered with black rubbers after playing on the fields. Again, although the available info on crumb rubber and crumb rubber in-filled turf fields indicates that intake, skin or inhalation exposures to compounds in or discharged from crumb rubber do not introduce a significant public health concern, leading artificial grass businesses including Global Syn-Turf, Inc. was operating on new technologies and methods to get rid of the rubbers and take the synthetic grass sport areas applications to a new "All Green" level.

Most synthetic turf products require infills which to be installed onto the grass between blades to help the blades of grass stand up and also hold the turf down. In addition, it protects the grass backing from ultraviolet rays that could cause damage and void guarantees. Some artificial grass infill options are ZeoFill, Green sand, Copper slag, Silica Sand and Rubber. Among all, ZeoFill is the choice for synthetic turf infill for playgrounds and pet owners. Dog owners with artificial grass lawns have been struggled with urine smells for years.. Many individuals want to water down their turf one time a week to get rid of the smell but never worked correctly because water from a hose does not have enough force to shove bacteria deep into the earth. ZeoFill is made out of a natural resource from the earth that is a negatively charged honey combed molecular structure that prevents the ammonia from forming a gas to become smelly and absorbs the urine. ZeoFill pulls any gases towards itself and hold it until sodium ion (Na ) in rain water releases the magnetivity and the force of heavy rainfall will flush out the bacteria, compelling it through the turf into the earth making your turf virtually new again. The sodium forces the calcium ions out and recharges the ZeoFill when dry. Nevertheless, ZeoFill will not remove bacteria that are poor. To remove poor bacteria, Global Syn-Turf, Inc. recommends nits very own Synthetic Grass Pet Odor Neutralizer, this enzyme products will not just neutralize the pet odor, but also remove poor bacteria and clean the turf, using this along with Zeofill will realize the best possible results on pet's odor control!
The ZeoFill granule will hold the ammonia water until it is cleaned out the ZeoFill with the enzyme solution or significant rainwater flushes. The ZeoFill granules will be trapped inside the turf system and contains a 5 year warranty on deterioration.
Thinking of grass lawns being installed at a house' front and back yards originated from England where the weather is quite accommodating to preserve and to grow natural grass. Here in particular states that are dry, such thought only will not fly! In cities situated in desert regions like Las Vegas, Nevada, Arizona and Phoenix, natural grass that is growing is extremely difficult. Artificial grass supplies an ideal alternative in such scenarios. As an industry, artificial grass is not so new, it has existed for over five decades. Nevertheless, to everyone, synthetic grass looks hardly old. "What? Synthetic grass? No way! You say, grass that imitates a real one? Do not scold. Artificial turf is going beyond golf courses and football fields to landscapes, backyards, and playground. When Steve Wallace of Santa Monica, California went for synthetic, he opted for longer blades and a darker green color a look he could never achieve with his natural lawn, which on 100-plus-degree summer days turned to dust, and on rainy days a mud pit. Tired of re-sodding twice a year not to mention the endless mowing and watering the 43-year-old homeowner was more than happy to plunk down $5,000 to see installers peel away his old lawn. Now, he says, two little children and his two dogs can romp and roll without enduring the plastic carpet burn of yore, or tearing up the turf. And maybe best of all is grassy it seems.
People have to go up close to it, he says, before they say, Wow, this isnt real.
Makers credit the new "you coulda fooled me" look to the marvels of science. Global Syn-Turf's Maronic, for one, tends to lapse into sports car talk when describing the "combination of aesthetics and functionality" offered by the firm's latest creation, a compact grass it calls Double W series, which contains such space age-seeming characteristics as "Double W shaped blades" and "No-glow technology." The first price on artificial grass is higher than natural grass, but given the fact of most of synthetic grass will continue at least 8-10 years, such investment however makes lots of sense for most homeowners, notably those live in "desert cities".
Thank you for your question.
