Infill was put in when grass was damp. Then it was brushed in properly. Now my yard looks like a clumpy mess of dandruff. Is there a fix for this?

Well, it is very rare for such infills problems, I personally haven’t seen such issues before, it will be difficult even though it is possible. If you have not applied the infills on your turf yet, I will suggest you to return the infills and get new ones. If the infills have already applied, you might use a shop vacuum to suck them out and replace.
