My location tends to be a home for scorpions and I don't want them to live my artificial turf.

This is a very interesting question, to be honest, we haven't heard or seen any cases or incidents regarding scorpions with artificial grass. We make our artificial grass products using PE and PP which are essentially plastics. I can't image that scorpions will find its comfort to associate with turf.
