Does your artificial grass offer a high stitch count relative to your competitors? Can you explain why the stitch count is important? Is there a visual difference or is it just a change in quality?

The stitch count for artificial grass is a combination of tufting gauges and stitch rates, it is often referred the total stitches per square meter or square yard. In order to claim a "high stitch count", the artificial grass needs to have very tight tufting gauge and high stitch rates. The tufting gauge is the distance between two tufting lines, which ranges from 3/16" to 3/4", the narrower the gauge, the tighter of the grass; the stitch rates is the amount of turf stitches per 4" or 10 mm.

Most of our putting green products offer high stitch counts as they are either 3/16" or 1/4" gauge with high stitch rates: such high stitch count products serve its functionalities well. However, most of landscape artificial grass products have moderate stitch counts which provide natural looking of the grass and also allow enough spacing for infills. Most of our sport turf products tend to have lower stitch counts as massive infills required to ensure the sport surface performance.
