How do you think this would do under a pine tree?

I'd like to put it under the pine tree since real grass won't grow there. Will it clean easily?

Artificial grass is a perfect solution for areas under a tree what real grass won’t grow well, and it it arguably the best solution. However, the sap from pine tree can become a problem. If so, here are some ways of removing sap from artificial turf:

1. Try to use grease remover, if doesn’t work, you can try the following:

2. Use aerosol refrigerant or dry ice on the sap to freeze it, then scrape it off, if you scraps too hard and got some fibers pulled out, no worries if only a small amount of fibers being pulled, just try to minimize though.

My neighbor have few pine trees on his artificial grass and it looks good.
It's amazing how synthetic grass can upgrade your lawn in just a snap.
I agree-- this is perfect for lawns that can't seem to grow grasses.
