Can you walk me through how to do it? What equipment do I need? How exact do I have to be?

Well, you don’t want to be exact when measuring your size of lawn when you are getting new artificial grass for the following reasons:
1. Our products come in as 15’ width and 75’ or 100’ length, even you have an exact dimension, you still have to order artificial grass materials at 15’ width.
2. Actual installations and your lawn configurations can be slightly different from your measurement, you will need to order extra to make sure having enough turf to cover your area.
So my suggestion is to have a rough measurement (width and length), then email us or fill out this online form, and we will help you on what size of the turf to order and also refer you to a local distributor/dealer to help you further, here is the link: https://www.globalsynturf.com/free-quote
