If there is rarely sun in my area, will the turf blades not stand?

At the initial installation of your artificial grass, you need to make sure to get the blades up standing by having it under the sun beforehand and power broom it after applying infills. When such process was done properly, your turf blade should have no issues standing up with minimum sun. However, please keep in mind that excessive traffic and usage will still cause the mat down of the turf which is very common and how law of physics work, in such cases, you can always use push broom or power broom or power wash to brush up the fibers.
