- Experience in customer service and sales support.

- Answering phones, taking orders and communicating with customers
- Create quotes and orders
- Process bill of ladings and follow up with customers on status of their orders.
- Assist with the tracking of the daily deliveries.
- Handle customer payments.
- Perform administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing and filing.
- Assist/Prepare marketing materials for customers.
