  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).

  • Ability to take initiative and work self-directed, but also be a team player.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments.
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the warehouse.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.
  • Perform data entry and scan/fax documents.
  • Perform other related job duties as required.
  • Positive, up-beat with a "get it done" attitude!

Required Experience

  • Customer Service/Warehouse experience preferred.
