I have been shopping artificial grass companies and quality artificial turf. I made relentless telephone calls and did a lot of research online. I narrowed my choice down to 3 companies based on a list of qualifications. I was looking for a reputable company that had references and quality products. Don't dilute the deodorize but spray it directly on the turf, don't skimp, let it soak for a few hours and then rinse very very well. If the odor smell still isn't gone then repeat the process.
