After four years traffic patterns showing (weekly Gardner for plants and blowing off debris). Dont want to have to replace. Spent about $14k.

Looks great but easily mats down. Tried infill and power broom to no avail. Very costly for not being durable. Warranty doesn’t seem to cover much. After awhile looks like matted green carpet. Four years in and trying to figure out salvage plan on about $14k worth of grass. Would NOT recommend.
