I bought artificial sugar from a Global Syn Turf distributor and Dallas Texas. When I received the turf it was two feet short and that was not going to work for the artificial turf installation in my backyard. So I called the dealer distributor for a replacement piece of artificial turf and they told me it was not going to be a problem. They sent a driver out to my house with another piece of turf the exact size that are ordered. They also picked up the Old Turf and apologize for the inconvenience. This is the type of customer service that I look for in any type of company including an artificial turf company. I want to thank Global Syn Turf and they're great and professional distributor here in Dallas for doing a great job on the artificial turf installation.
