The moment I rolled it out my puppy began using it instantly. It was easy to clean and I didn't see any signs of shredding, tearing or anything else! Easy to install! My kitten decided to give it a go the moment I washed it off and it was warm! It was way bigger than I imagined. It was softer than I had expected, too. Highly recommend this product!
