This was installed 6 weeks ago, but there are areas where it is matting in different directions. We try to groom it daily, but because it is matted in multiple directions in a concentrated area, the fibers will not stand up. Is this a sign of not enough infill or defective turf? There can be several reasons for the issues you stated.
