 I just bought some artificial turf from a landscape supply store here in Nashville Tennessee. The landscape supply store which I will not name is a dealer and distributor for Global Syn Turf under a private label brand. I asked the dealer for a copy of the warranty and the warranty said Global Syn Turf.  So I looked them up online and found out more information about this company they seem to be a pretty reputable manufacturer of artificial turf and when it comes to the warranty it's always good to know who the manufacturer is. You don't want some 2nd or 3rd party holding the warranty for artificial turf it was made by someone else if you get what I'm saying. The manufacturer themselves and that day will be the one to honor the warranty. we ended up going with the s-blade 90 artificial turf and the accessories what years was the wonderful and the six and galvanized nails. After a lot of consultation with the landscape supply store dealer here in town we settled on these products. Landscape Supply dealer here in town offered to come out and give us a quote for installation but I told them I was doing it myself. They were very helpful and given me lots of different tips and hints on installing artificial turf and did not put any pressure on Main 2 have them do the installation. With the theme and other facets of the installation it most likely will not be worth your while and not turn out the same way. I want to send Global Syn Turf for having the dealer here in my town and making such wonderful artificial grass. 

When we just started out as an irrigation company, we had no clue what good quality turf was supposed to look and feel like. We ended up settling for a mediocre turf supplier that had no regard for customer service. The turf quality was also hard to work with and install. We eventually got fed up with them and started looking for other suppliers. We found GST and ordered a few of their samples along with a few infill samples. We were blown back by how big the difference was. The thing is, we never would have known if we didn't try, and so I recommend ordering samples and testing it out yourself as well.

We used a Global Syn Turf dealer to install our artificial turf in our front yard.  This company did a wonderful job so we decided to use them again to install our back and side yards.  The back and side yards are an additional 2,500 sq. ft.  The company offered me a deal I could not refuse to do the installation and use the exact same Sierra Super 94 grass we used in the front yard.  The GST Dealer did not put any pressure on me to move forward with the purchase.  They are one of those no pressure sales operations that gives you the best deal they can, take it or leave it.  They are the most professional group that always shows up on time and are always very friendly and nice.  Their install team showed up right on time, did not waste valuable time of theirs or mine and got the job done with such precision and expertise.  They are so easy to work with and always professional.  They get here early and work a very long day each and everyday.  Even when their supervisor is gone they are so diligent and work so hard.  They staggered their lunch break so someone was always here working and looking over their equipment and tools.   When the job was done the clean up and walk through process was fabulous.  They walked every square inch of my property with me and made sure everything was 100% to my satisfaction.  I told them if they did a good job I would give them a 5 star review on their manufacturers website, GlobalSynTurf.com.  Thanks to everyone...............

I own a hotel in downtown Nashville.  We are currently going though a renovation during the Covid 19 pandemic.  Part of the renovation are two areas that we want to put artificial turf.  One of the areas is a rooftop and the other is a dog area on the side of the hotel.  I am writing this review to thank Global Syn Turf for being open during this pandemic and referring us the best design/installation company here in Nashville.  I called so many companies during our remodel and no one answered the phone or they said they were closed during the pandemic.  After finding Global Syn Turf online I submitted my contact information on the website and literally not more than 30 minutes I received a call from one of their representatives.  She gave me plenty of information including that Global Syn Turf was the manufacturer of the artificial turf and that they did not do installs.  She told me they would have one of their distributors in the Nashville area call me.  The next day the distributor called me and introduced themselves.  They said they have a full deigns and install team and that they would send someone over.   The next day a designer came over to the hotel and looked at the roof top and the dog area we wanted to put turf on.  She gave me some great ideas of how to install the grass and she left me samples.  I was under a tight deadline to get the hotel done so we could open back up for business and they moved some things around and they got me an install date in less than two weeks.   Now the grass has been installed and the hotel is open.  The rooftop bar with the artificial turf is the best thing we could have ever done.  I want to thank Global Syn Turf and their Nashville distributor for coming through for me and would recommend them to anyone.
