I've been a lot of different turf suppliers in my 20+ years within the industry. Most just come and go for me because they can't keep up. GST is the first among many that I can see a long term business relationship with. They are highly reliable when it comes to keeping turf stocked and they are the most consistent supplier by far. Issues are few to none and even when they occur, they are usually small ones that are solved on the phone within minutes. Overall very efficient and reliable. 5 stars!

I live in California and have lived here in the city all my life.  I see artificial turf installed throughout this city.  So much so that I have become curious about it.  The first time I walked on it and felt it I could not believe how nice it felt and how natural it was to walk on.  I was seriously blown away and could not believe it.  If you figure this plus no watering, no maintenance, no moving and being able to walk on in rain or shine you have to seriously thought I should explore it more.  That is when I started doing my work and researching the product more and more.  I searched a lot of companies, called a lot of companies and had samples sent to me from different companies.  I really liked the turf sent to me from Global Syn-Turf.  They had such a great variety of artificial turfs they have one for every look you would want.  I narrowed it down to a few different turfs with the All Natural 75 being my favorite.  I put the turf in my backyard here in the city for 4 weeks to see what they look like in the sun and to decide on my favorite turf.  I actually changed my mind and went with the S Blade 90.  I called Global Syn-Turf to order they artificial turf and they told me they sell the artificial grass through their network.  I called the two dealers here in my area and got quotes.  I ordered the turf and had it delivered to my house and it arrived in 1 days.  The artificial turf distributor also referred me an installer that gave me a reasonable quote to install this turf in my backyard.  I now have the turf installed for 4 weeks now and I can begin to tell your customers how great this stuff is.  I want to thank Global Syn-Turf for the amazing turf and dealer network.  

 I usually do not write reviews for companies. However, I felt obligated to write a small review for a company that I use for my artificial turf services. I searched high and low for an artificial turf company and an installer that I felt I could trust and would use again if I needed those services. I found Global Syn Turf online and call them for some free samples to be sent to my home. I really like the S blade 90 Turf and decided that's the one I wanted.  Global Syn Turf said they do not sell direct and do not do artificial turf installation. They referred me to to landscape supply companies in my area and both were very professional. They offered me some installation tips that were very useful. They also refer me to installers in my area they gave me a free quote for artificial turf. I ended up deciding on one installer and have the artificial turf installed. I want to thank Global Syn Turf from the local landscape supply company for their services. 

I finally had some time to write some reviews and there is one review in particular that I wanted to write and that is for Global Syn Turf.  I feel this company is a leader in their industry for what they do and that is make turf.  I think their artificial turf is some of the best I have ever seen.  When I received the artificial turf samples I could not believe how much better they looked than the competition.  I really like the Super Natural 80 artificial turf with 6 different colors and four different types of blades.  Thank you Global Syn Turf and your local dealer distributor for installing the most beautiful and realistic turf on the planet.

Global Syn Turf is one of the best landscaping companies I've ever worked with. I found them on the Internet and call them and ask them for a reference for an installer in my area. They referred me three different companies, all which were Landscape Supply Company all of these dealers stock the artificial turf from Global Syn Turf under a private brand label. They all referred me to installer that were local in my area. I received bids from all three installer and ended up going with the company that I thought was going to do the most professional and thorough job. my artificial turf has been installed for over 1 year now and still looks great to this day I want to thank Global Syn Turf for referring to such a professional company and for making such a great turf.

When priority jobs come my way, I instantly come to GST. I can always rely on their order team to process quickly and efficiently. I'll usually pick up the turf at the Santa Fe Springs warehouse and be out of their within the hour. Almost zero downtime and everyone is happy. Plus, saving on shipping costs is important for us as well. The claims department is always a call away and the sales reps are super down to earth and helpful. Couldn't wish for better service!

 Global Syn Tur as one of the best artificial turf Pat Turf on the market today. This is the only pet Turf that I have seen that has over a hundred and twenty in per hour of drainage. This Turf has three times the amount of holes punched in the backing for drainage to let water and pet urine through. I had a sample of this Turf sent to my home and tested it with a hose running on top to see what the drainage look like. I also read a lot of reviews for this artificial turf only to discover that customers were happy with it in the end. Most of the customer gave some great tips on how to maintain the artificial turf and the older. I had the local artificial turf dealer distributor in my area install the pet Turf on the side of my house for my two Labrador Retrievers. The turf is held up wonderfully and I would recommend it again to anyone who wanted artificial turf for their pets. I want to thank Global syn Turf in the artificial turf dealer Distributors for making such a great product as well as their local dealer distributor for doing a great job on the installation. 

Global Syn Turf is one of the better artificial turf companies I have worked with. they have one of the best warranty and Claims Department Industry today. They back there Turf with a manufacturer's 15-year of product warranty against any and all that. I had some artificial grass installed about a year ago and it ended up being defective. I reached out to the local dealer distributor in my area that sold me the turf and they referred me to the claims department for Global Syn turf. They responded to me right away and asked me to send pictures and proof of purchase. Which I did. they got back to me within 24 hours and told me that the pictures look like there was a defect in the artificial turf and asked if I wanted my money back or if I wanted a new piece of turf sent to me. I elected to have another piece of turf sent to me at no cost delivered right to my front driveway. My local installer was kind enough to reinstall the artificial turf for us and I have to say the yard looks fantastic. I want to thank Global Sn Turf for their hard work and professionalism.

Global Syn Turf has some of the best customer service in the artificial turf industry as I know it today. Two different artificial turf companies to install several different houses over the years and I used a global Syn Turf product for my third house. It was unfortunate but there was a product defect and the artificial turf. I contacted my local dealer distributor and they referred me to the claims department for Global Center. They responded to my email immediately and ask for pictures and a description of the problem as well as my invoice. Based on the pictures they did say that there was a product warranty defect and said they would replace the artificial turf delivered to my house with no charge for shipping or give me my money back. Elect to get the artificial turf product replaced and delivered to my house at no charge. My installer was kind enough to reinstall the artificial turf at no cost and the job is been done for 4 weeks now with no problems. I want to thank Global Center for standing behind their product and being very responsive to a product warranty claim that I filed.

Gotta love GST's turf. They have the biggest selection by far... 4 stars for me is already very good, but I think to be perfect "5 stars" I would like to see custom turf orders (different colors mixed with different blade shapes etc.) Overall though, you guys are still my go to supplier for turf and infills and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Just the big selection alone is enough to keep me as a dedicated customer, thanks. 

I've tried a lot of different turf suppliers in the Nor Cal region. None quite compare to GST though. They have the biggest selection of turfs, some of which I have never even heard of before discovering who they were. Honestly they pioneers when it comes to turf since they are always coming out with new products while other suppliers are stuck in there own ways. Love the development so far and looking forward to more in the future.

There are dozens of turf suppliers in the Nor Cal region nowadays but I still go with GST. They have the biggest selection by far, anyone will tell you the same. However, the most important choosing factor for us personally is the fact that we can pick up will call orders from the warehouse since one of our branches is also in Hayward. This minimizes a lot of the shipping cost for us and is also more convenient and faster. 2020 has been a tough year for us, but I'm glad we have a good turf supplier such as GST to make it through.

Having turf has definitely become the norm nowadays. Traditional lawns are okay but they just require too much money and time to maintain. Many of the customers that choose me as an installer have told me afterwards that they don't regret their decision to make the switch to turf. GST has so many different types of turf to choose from, I recommend getting samples of the more popular ones and seeing which one works for you specifically. Their team is super communicative as well so reaching out shouldn't be too difficult.

Can't go wrong with GST turf. They have been in the industry for over a decade and probably have the most experience out of any turf supplier. I've cycled through many different suppliers throughout my career and there hasn't been a single one as consistent and reliable as GST.  I'm here today to give a review to Global Syn Turf for their magnificent job of Designing different artificial turf that look like real grass. The first artificial turf I would like to review is the S Blade 90. Global Syn Turf really helped me out of a jam when I needed some help with artificial turf for a multi-purpose field for my kids’ school. I am a booster for my kids’ school and I helped raise money for different projects around the school. One of the projects we are working on is a multi-purpose field for the kids to practice football soccer and other miscellaneous offense like band practice. We search high and low for artificial turf companies that had 80,000 square feet of artificial turf in the same dialogue and we were heard to Global Syn turf who interned help us out with the project. one of the other members on our booster club knew someone at Global Center who interned helped us plan this project. Not only did they help us plan the project they happen to have 80 thousand square feet of curb in the same guy lot for the field we were wanting to install. Global Syn Turf does not sell artificial turf direct to the public so they referred us to a dealer distributor installer in our area who did the actual installation. The installer was very professional and got the project done right on time. 

There are a lot of turf suppliers nowadays that excel in one way or another, whether it's pricing, selection, customer service, etc. GST is a great balance of all of those things and on top of that, they have the largest selection by far. We are a relatively big landscaping company and so we get 10+ jobs a day for turf. We needed a supplier that could keep up with our customer's demands so that we could remain consistent ourselves as well.

GST's turf is super easy to install and the ordering process is simple. All the different grasses seem to have the same installation process and none of them are difficult to install. We are relatively new to the turf market but one thing we can definitely appreciate is the big selection that GST offers. It's always good to have more vs less to choose from.

The Poway location is so close to my headquarters that we can stop in and get our order all within an hour. Super conveniently located and the processing speeds are lightning fast. Usually if I want to order turf, I have to wait for it to ship and pay shipping, which is an absolute nightmare sometimes when the customer wants their job to be done asap. Truly blessed to have discovered GST.

Turf has become an important part of the landscape industry. Finding a solid supplier has been one of the biggest challenges for our company in the past couple of years. GST has made the turf buying process simple and fast. Their pricing is very lenient and relatively competitive with the rest of the industry. The top selling turfs such as the S Blade and Pet turf have been very popular amongst my customers. They can't seem to get enough of it and so I find myself constantly having to restock. GST always has these in stock and I never have to look elsewhere.

In Orange County, there are tons of turf suppliers to choose from. The thing that makes GST different for me is their excellent customer service. Partnered as a distributor with GST a little over 2 years ago. Best decision I ever made! I love how you guys always come out with new products and keep innovating the turf industry. Most suppliers get too complacent and their products are just plain boring. They offer 2 or 3 grasses but eventually the customers want something new. Never had that issue with GST since they have almost every possible turf in the market in stock. Customer service is always friendly and helpful, and the service reps are very experienced. Just a solid turf buying experience overall.

One important trait that separates GST from the competition is that they care about their customers. A lot of suppliers nowadays are completely disconnected from the customer service aspect of their business and leave the customer frustrated and annoyed. There aren't many issues that come up, but when they do, I expect to be taken care of in a professional manner. GST does exactly this, whether it's a warranty claim, concern, or simple return/exchange. This goes to show that we can all make money and still maintain customer satisfaction at the same time.

I wanted artificial turf installed in my yard and my husband said he would do it for me.  However, I needed to know some installation techniques.  I contacted several artificial turf companies to help me with instructions.  Global Syn Turf sent me some great installation guides plus 56 different videos on YouTube that show you how to install artificial turf.  These guides and videos were very helpful in helping us understand how to install, what materials are needed and what tools are needed.   Global Syn Turf said they were a manufacturer and did not do installations or sell to the public.  So they referred us to their dealer here in Riverside.  The dealer was also very helpful in telling us how to install artificial turf, what tools and material were needed to install.  They sold us 850 sq. ft. of the S Blade 90 and delivered it to our home with all the installation accessories and 3 yards of Class II Road base for the base installation.  My husband and his friends did the installation in about 5 days and they worked so hard.  It was probably a bit more than they bargained for but they got it done.  The yard looks amazing and I want to thank Global Syn Turf and their dealer here in Riverside.  

GST is definitely my favorite turf supplier. They have such a big selection of turf and turf accessories that I have no need to go to any other suppliers. I like how I can get a roll of turf and the installation materials all at the same place. This combined with the fact that they have warehouse locations all over the nation make it very convenient to buy from them. For me, convenience and reliability are very important traits to look for in a turf supplier since most turfs nowadays are very similar in quality.

When I was looking for artificial turf I had drainage in mind.  I have three dogs and to be honest we get our fair share of rain here in Sacramento.   I need my artificial turf to drain very well. I have neighbors that have artificial turf with dogs and the turf does not smell good.  I called Global Syn Turf and spoke with a representative named John who was very smart and educational about artificial turf, drainage and pet maintenance.  The Pet Turf sample they sent me had three times as many holes as a normal piece of turf for drainage.  It has Flo-Rite-Thru technology.  This turf drains at 120 inches per hour.  That is more drainage than I would ever need with the rain here in Sacramento.  Efficient drainage is the secret to having artificial turf when dogs are on the turf.   It is so very i9mportant for the dog urine to drain through the turf and not sit on the turf and it would be way to unsanitary.  John also told me how to maintain artificial turf with pets.  You have to rinse the turf off  regularly like once every week.  You also need to sanitize and disinfect the artificial turf with the right chemicals.  The chemical will not discolor or hurt the turf, but you need it to disinfect.  I want to thank Global Syn Turf and John for helping me understand artificial turf drainage.

Hands down the best turf quality across all of their turfs. The colors are vibrant and the backing is tough. Never had any issues with customers complaining about the quality as they all seem to enjoy their new lawns. I always recommend you guys first because you offer a good balance of low prices and good quality. GST definitely gets a big vouch from us.
