I want to thank Myesha in the order processing department for taking such great care of me the other day. Order submitted and shipped to me ASAP for a job I needed to install on a very tight deadline. Myesha process the order immediately and called the warehouse and told them to get it shipped that day. I received my turf and installation accessories two days later and got my job installed in time for the deadline. This is the type of service you want from any type of company in particular and artificial turf company when your contractor and you come up against deadlines like this. Myesha you're the best I appreciate your service and I think you work for a great company. If anyone wants to work with a good artificial turf company who makes great product I recommend you look up Global Syn turf. 

I want to be the first to thank Global Syn Turf for referring me to Tim to install my yard in Los Angeles.  I searched high and low on the internet trying to find someone who was certificated, licensed and insured to install my yard.  Global Syn Turf is the company who came through for me and referred me to the right contractor.  I recommended you check out Global Syn Turf and check out their certified installer list.

Found GST last year in the midst of the pandemic. Our supplier went out of business and it really messed up our entire operations. It taught us a big lesson to choose a reliable supplier so that this kind of situation never happens again. We heard from some clients that GST was one of the biggest so we gave them a shot. Ordered a few samples, liked the grass, and here we are. Their warehouse team in Hayward is really close to us so we usually just will call our orders. We've gotten to know the manager there pretty well and we stop by a few times a week.

The turf buying experience from GST is an exceptional one. Super fast when it comes communication and the turf is some of the best I have ever laid hands on. Very realistic in both look and feel, just what I needed for my backyard. I was able to get their turf from the Ewing near me and they were able to install it no problem. 

My go to supplier when it comes to ivy. My team focuses mostly on residential ivy applications and we have seen a big increase in the number of home owners trying to get ivy for their yards, fences, etc. The most important thing for us is the quality and GST definitely puts out in that manner. The ivy is full, realistic, and just good quality all around. Wouldn't settle for anything less!

They referred me to their dealer in my area which unbeknownst to me also did installation and they gave me a quote said I could not refuse and I had them do the installation as well. GST really cares about their customers. I didn't know a thing about turf but I stumbled upon their website and submitted the quote form. Within an hour a rep called me and basically gave me the run down on how to achieve the lawn I wanted. I had no trouble communicating with him whatsoever and I ended up getting the turf I needed at my local distributor. He even recommended me a great installer that was just a few minutes away so the installation took almost no time at all. Very professional and quick. Will definitely be back in the future!

My neighbor Alyssa recently got your turf from a local distributor and their lawn looks amazing. She recommended me your grass as well as the installer that she ended up going with. I didn't want to use the exact same grass as hers since it would look kind of funny with our lawns next to each other. I think she got the S blade but I ended up going with the Cashmere since it was so soft and nice to sit on. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to make the switch to turf.

Just got the Super natural 80 from my local SiteOne. They carry a lot of your turfs and I got to see each one in person before choosing. They're going to install it early next week in our backyard. Can't wait, super excited!

From the first phone call I had with the rep to the finished installation result, I was happy with my turf experience. Loving the quality on RM50 turf we just got. The color is bright in the sun but not blinding and the feel is nice when you sit or step on it. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the process in the beginning was a bit confusing. I didn't really know what to do in order to get GST's turf, but eventually I submitted the quote form and a rep helped me out. It would be nicer if I could purchase direct but it worked out in the end regardless. All that matters is that I got the turf I was looking for.

 I was referred and Global Syn Turf to have artificial turf installed in my front yard. I live in Corona California and I just bought a new house with my new wife and two kids and the backyard is all too. so I asked around the neighbors and friends to see if anyone knew where I could get a good deal on artificial grass. one of my neighbors had really nice artificial turf in your yard please refer me to a company called Global Syn Turf. so I called Global Syn Turf and ask them to come out and give me a quote for artificial grass, however they told me they were not an artificial turf installer. She told me they were a manufacturer and said they did not sell direct to the public. but they did give me the name and phone number of an installer it did insulation pure in Corona California. I called the installer up and he came out to my house the very next day and brought a sample and Davis an estimate for artificial turf. We kept the samples in the backyard for about 2 weeks that's right off not to mention the added value to my property. I recommend everybody look into artificial turf and save money from having a gardener or stay in the water real grass alive. I'm very happy to have met Global Syn Turf and their local installer and I appreciate my neighbor for the referral. 

I went to a pet kennel the other day and saw artificial turf the dogs were playing on.  I saw how happy my dog was and decided to ask the kennel who installed the artificial turf so I could put some on the side of my yard.  They referred me to Global Syn Turf and I asked them for an estimate.  They told me they do not install turf but would have the local dealer in my area call me.  They called me and came out for an appointment and gave me a quote for artificial turf.  I ended up having the artificial turf installed on the side of my house and now my dogs love it.  All their dog toys are there and they play over there all day.  I want to thank Global Syn Turf for referring me to this installer.

The turf that GST produces is some of the best on the market. That I can tell you for sure. The only issue is that they don't offer installation services since they are only the manufacturer. Luckily, there are so many landscapers and distributors that carry their turf. I went to my local Ewing and they had most of the GST grasses in stock. A bit of an inconvenience but still great turf nonetheless.

My neighbors had their backyard transformed into a playground which got me thinking I wanted to as well. They got their GST grass from Site One who also did the install for them. I called GST to figure out who the best local installer would be for me and how I could get the U blade 80 since that's the one my neighbor recommended. Super simple process and friendly reps. Got exactly the results I wanted, thanks guys!

The team over at GST is one of the best we've had the pleasure of working with. The order processing team is kind and quick while the Poway warehouse team is as well. We usually will call at least 3 to 5 orders a day so we've gotten to know Robert the warehouse manager on a pretty frequent basis. Super helpful and friendly guy, never any issues. I still remember my first day walking into the sample room like it was yesterday even though it was well over 3 years ago now!

We've been buying turf from GST for the past 6 years and we've seen a lot of new turf products come and go. Overall, the mainstream turfs like the S blades and super naturals are the best in the market. However, you guys used to carry the colored turfs like blue, white, etc. but it seems you guys discontinued it? Found out a little too late when we needed it for an indoor gym install. Will continue to buy regular grass from you guys but looks like I need to look elsewhere for the colored turfs.

 I've been looking for the perfect pet Turf artificial grass on the market. I think that I have found it in global Center. I have about nine different pieces of pet Turf from 9 different Turf companies and I have to say that everything I have learned about Pet Turf from Global Syn Turf definitely is the best. The first thing that you're going to notice is the color configuration and the pile height of this Turf makes it very special.  The Pet Turf color just seems so real and natural compared to some of the other Pet Turf on the market. The height of the turf is perfect as well as you want your Pet Turf to be short so it's easier to clean. One of the other things that makes this Turf so special is the specifications for the pet turf the Global Syn Turf at Turf is 1 and 1/4 in tall with a 3/8 inch Tuft Gage and a 77 Oz total weight. This Turf is non flammable and lead free. The water permeability is what sticks out the most to me. The Global Syn Turf has three times the amount of holes punched in the backing for drainage which equates to 121 in per hour drain rate. They had the test from TSI Testing Services Inc right on the website with the drainage specifications. I have done a lot of the work for you and I recommend you get all the samples of Pet Turf do you want in this world but you have to get a sample of the Global Syn turf at Turf and compare it to whatever else you find on the market today.

We've been planning our front yard landscape project for a little over 7 months now. We finally found the perfect turf and installers to do the job. GST was quick and easy to deal with, they put me in touch with one of their reps within 10 minutes of us submitting a quote request. We actually sent quite a few to several different companies, but the response time was definitely lagging on most of them. Although the turf was all very similar in terms of quality, we went with GST because they had the best service. 

I was looking for a turf company to have my backyard done. Initially the plan was to get it done before summer time, but it ended happening a lot sooner than I expected. The response time from GST was very fast and they got me samples to my door within a week. Very impressed with how quick you guys are, keep up the good work!  I've been looking for artificial turf installer in my area for quite some time now. I finally spoke with a friend of mine who referred me to a manufacturer that installed artificial turf in our city. I called Global Syn Turf and ask them for a quote for installation and they told me they did not sell direct nor did they do installations. They told us that they would refer us to a local dealer in our area and they would give us a bid. The local dealer came out and gave us a very reasonable bid for artificial grass and even talked us into a small putting green as well. We ended up using the super natural 60 artificial turf and the pro putt 44 as the putting green material. The installer designer talked us into only putting 3 Golf holes on the putting green instead of the six that we wanted. I think it was a good idea in the end because it gave us more variety of golf shots as well as the holes did not block other parts that you were going to make on The Putting Green. I know it sounds weird but less is more and going with less putting green holes on the putting green was definitely the best idea of the day. Now that we've had time to kick back and relax and enjoy our new putting green we are so happy we did this. In a time of covid-19 and getting to stay home and enjoy the family in your backyard is definitely the way to go. 

I like the turf from GST, but I recommend getting lots of samples. They have so many to choose from that it's easy to pick the wrong turf like I did. I later found out about the S Blade 50 after getting the S blade 90 and I should've gone with that one instead. It's much cheaper and I don't need the extra quality I get from the upgrade since no one walks on it anyways. Friendly staff, good turf, 4 stars.

My experience with Global Syn Turf has been nothing short of spectacular. Wasn't really sure where to start, since I saw my neighbor got turf and I was curious on how I could get my lawn done as well. We basically mapped out the best options for my lawn considering the shape and size of it along with the type of turf I liked. He made the entire buying process a lot more clear and the end result is exactly what I had in mind.
