I'm not a lover of email. I do a lot of my business as a landscaper talking to people. It's very important to me that I'm able to communicate honestly, and clearly with customers and suppliers and we're all on the same page, not getting lost in emails or automated replies or machines. This is why I love GST. Communicating with them, working with their support team and experts have been so refreshing. It's more than just business, it's a professional and mutual relationship of respect that you really can't put a price on.
