I run a small daycare from home and needed something that could handle a lot of daily foot traffic without getting worn down. Double W-85 was recommended for its dense build and strong backing, and I’m thrilled with the results. The turf has a soft, realistic texture but is sturdy enough to hold up against running kids, toy trucks, and the occasional spilled juice box.
It’s been in place for nearly a year and still looks like it was installed last week. The color mix makes it look very natural-none of that obviously fake neon green look. Cleanup is easy, and I don’t have to worry about muddy shoes anymore.
Even after heavy Florida rain, it drains quickly and is ready for play again in no time. The kids love it, the parents love it, and I love how much time and money it’s saved me. I wouldn’t use any other turf for an active space like this.
Installing GST’s Pro Putt-44 in my backyard was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my game. The roll is consistent and quick, just like on a course green, and the turf feels solid and balanced underfoot. It’s weather-resistant, super easy to maintain, and adds a professional touch to my outdoor space. I practice nearly every day now.
Perfect to cover my cracked patio. It looks great. I bought two pieces and may need to get a third. I want to caution that the turn does hold heat. Meaning that it gets hot and may be difficult to walk on barefoot. Im not sure if its because its in concrete or from the sun. However, its still worth it
I received this about three weeks ago and wasn't sure how my pet would react to it or if I could use it more for the play area for my kids. The turf itself was easy to open and didn't require much effort to lay out. It claims to be easy to clean if the pet uses it for peeing, but I haven't had to test that yet. I placed it near the backyard, and so far, it's been great. The kids love it because it's soft, and so does my dog.
I'm using this for a purpose. To install a barrier beneath my fence to keep armadillos out of our yard. Since they don't dig very deep this method has proven effective in filling the gap that formed between our fence and the ground due, to years of soil erosion. Far its working well. I've noticed an attempts by them to dig in but hopefully they'll give up and find another spot.
UPDATE! Wow this idea has turned out to be one of my best ! 😄 Even our landscaping company was impressed by how simple my solution's for keeping critters from our yard. The spikes have endured through floods, snow and extreme heat without any changes, in their appearance or strength. They haven't rusted either so our soil remains safe and unaffected. No need to spend a fortune on installing a barrier along your fence when you can just place these stakes in the ground to deter digging critters.
