After dealing with patchy, dry grass for years in Arizona, switching to Double W-85 was the best landscaping decision we’ve made. The turf has a deep green color that stays vibrant no matter the season, and it gives off a plush, full appearance without looking fake. It’s been down for over 6 months now and still looks brand new despite frequent foot traffic and unpredictable weather.
I especially appreciate how low-maintenance it is-no mowing, watering, or fertilizing needed. We host a lot of backyard gatherings, and guests constantly comment on how real it looks and feels. My husband and I even enjoy sitting out there barefoot, it’s that comfortable. It’s also proven to be very durable with our kids running around on it all the time. If you’re looking for something that enhances your yard without the hassle of real grass, Double W-85 is a no-brainer.
Technically you can. However, the roundup won't be as effective if it can't get through the turf backing to kill the roots. You can pull out the weeds and spray the roundup at the hole where the weeds come through: hose it off if the roundup gets on the turf.

There is very minimum maintenance involved for your artificial grass. You might not need any maintenance at all if your artificial grass installed in areas not much getting used such as front yard, for none or less traffic/usage areas like most of front yards, you might just need to blow or brush off leaves or debris from time to time. Other areas where your artificial turf installed being used a lot or with a lot of traffics such as back yard, from time to time, you will need to clean if off by simply rinsing with your garden hose or add some additional infills once a year. For some of the heavy traffic areas, you might want to brush up the flattened blades from time to time. Technically you can install artificial grass any time of the year as long as weather permits: no rain or snow. However, it will be ideal if you do your installations in a warm day, as artificial grass will be better telexed and more flexible to work with in a warm temperature.

Yes, you can! It is very common that weeds grow at the outer edge of synthetic grass, the interesting fact is that many people leave those small weeds alone, as such weeds make the entire artificial lawn look more realistic!
