Honestly speaking, when the infills being applied onto the artificial grass surface properly, they will sink into the bottom of the turf and not visible, this is especially true for all regular artificial grass products. Most of our artificial grass products have multiple green colors on the straight blades and two colors on the thatch (the curled fibers to make the turf look more realistic and also helping the straight fibers standing up better); the two colors of the thatch are brown and green. If you are installing the artificial grass permanently on your patio, the best way to go is gluing it down. The drawback is that glues will leave residues and marks on your patio concrete when you remove the turf. If you are not looking for a permanent installation, I will recommend you to use heavy duty double sided carpet tape: the tape might work out ok if you have a small area, but again, I am not sure about how long these tapes will last.
