Sometimes installers will use nails in the putting green turf to stabilize the installation. However, the. We always recommend to use a Drop Spreader to apply infills onto the artificial grass. You can find such spreader from most of home improvement centers or hardware stores or landscape suppliers. There could be two reasons regarding your concern: we are not familiar with the particular infill you have used, however, the mesh of the infill might be a bit too big, we typically recommend to use #16 or #20 mesh infills. Secondly, for infill purpose, rake might not work well especially when the infill particles are big, a coarse push broom will work better, most of professional installers use power broom to get the job done.
