We installed GST’s W Blade-80 in our front yard, and it has exceeded expectations in both appearance and durability. The turf stays upright and green, even with daily wear from kids, dogs, and frequent visitors. The W-shaped blades look incredibly natural and give the yard a well-manicured look year-round. Maintenance is virtually zero-we just rinse it occasionally, and that’s it. This turf is tough, realistic, and definitely worth the investment.
If on an average you spend more than 2 hours daily on the artificial grass, we consider it as high traffic. Artificial lawns, like real grass lawns, are not walked on as frequent or long as you would think, especially for residential applications. Front yard in particular gets much less traffic, back yards and pet areas will have much more usage. Again, my analysis are good for most cases, however, if your project is any different, please feel free to give us call at 877 796 8873 or email us at [email protected], thank you.

The blade shape of artificial grass won’t be judged to be realistic or not, but the overall appearance of the turf will need to be as realistic as possible when it comes to the design and manufacturing of artificial grass. In general, artificial turf’s individual blades are smaller/narrower than a single strand of real grass, replicating individual blade to real grass is not an ideal approach and too costly. Our goal is to make the turf’s overall appearance and feel as close to real grass as possible. All of our turf products are as close to “real” as it can be, to name the most realistic one: our SuperNatural series which a product with multiple colored blades and different shapes.
