Yes, it is quite common that people to mix different type of infills when it comes to artificial grass installations. However, the end results of each different type of infills won’t be at their best, in your case, the turf will be cooling down but won’t be as much once Tcool is mixed with Zeolite, at the same time, zeolite will neutralize the dog smell but won’t be as efficient. So we typically won’t recommend the mixing of infills, rather to suggest to use the infills to address the most critical concerns. There could be two reasons regarding your concern: we are not familiar with the particular infill you have used, however, the mesh of the infill might be a bit too big, we typically recommend to use #16 or #20 mesh infills. Secondly, for infill purpose, rake might not work well especially when the infill particles are big, a coarse push broom will work better, most of professional installers use power broom to get the job done.
