I installed Olive-92 Stemgrass in my backyard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This turf feels as soft as natural grass but without any of the headaches. My children love playing on it, and I love that I no longer need to spend hours mowing, watering, or fertilizing. We live in a hot, dry area, and this turf has held up beautifully through all types of weather, staying green and lush when our neighbors’ lawns are brown and patchy. The drainage system is fantastic, so even after a rainstorm, there’s no standing water-just a perfect, usable lawn. It’s been a year since we installed it, and it still looks brand new. Olive-92 Stemgrass has been one of the best home improvement investments we’ve made.

Yes, absolutely. I will recommend you to rinse and sanitize the turf as often as possible if your toddler will urine on it, you need to keep the turf clean at all times if having your toddlers on it. I would have couple of suggestions for you:

Unfortunately we don’t offer any accessories for leave removals on artificial grass. It is basically the same to remove leaves from your artificial grass surface as from real grass lawns. By that said, if using a broom is not a good option for you, you can always get a leaf blower: either a battery operated one or a powerful gas powered that most landscapers use. I personally suggest you to use the electric one as it will not generate any air pollutions and tends to be much quieter.

I hope the paint on your artificial grass grass surface is water based, if so, you can try to use power washer to rinse the paint off. It is always recommend that you try to remove the paint as soon as it gets onto the turf, while it is still wet, water cleaning it should be much easier. You will need to be careful using chemicals on the turf trying to remove oil based paint as certain paint removers might be abrasive which can damage the turf fibers, read the instructions carefully or contact the paint remover company to make sure it won’t hurt the turf before using it.
