I had artificial turf installed by the Global Syn Turf dealer here in North Carolina for over one year now. I am very happy with the synthetic grass and installation from this company. I called Global Syn Turf this past week to ask them how to care for and maintain the artificial grass. Some companies say artificial grass is has no maintenance, but that is not true. Leaves fall on the lawn, things spill on the lawn, dogs do their business on the lawn, etc. etc. Well that means artificial turf does have care and maintenance. Global Syn Turf sent me a great "Care and Maintenance Guide" that really seems to help. First, everyone with artificial turf should own a carpet rake. Carpet rakes have very stiff bristles that penetrate the artificial turf to brush the turf up or to rake leaves and debris off the turf. Nothing else will work as well as a carpet rake so go get one today. Another thing, artificial turf can get warm so you can do the following; leave the sprinklers in and turn them on as needed to clean turf and cool it down. The sprinklers also work well to flush the grass if you have dogs that do their business on the grass. If you have issues with heat you can also use awning covers. If you ever get a white film on the turf it is most likely from over spray from sprinklers in the planter and the calcium from the water is on the turf. If this is the case you can use CLR from the hardware store to take it off. If you have an odor from pet urine you can use a pet deodorizer sold by the turf manufacturer Global Syn Turf. If the artificial turf is matting over don't worry it is not broke. All artificial turf will have a tendency to lay over with foot traffic. Use your carpet rake to brush the turf up. I want to thank Global Syn Turf for being there to support their artificial turf well after it is sold.

I love doing business with GST simply because they offer superior products and have a dedicated customer service team. They are extremely reliable and consistent as a company as well. I ordered a few samples to see how durable their turf was and was surprised at the quality given the cheap prices.

I am retired now and figured I wanted to get a putting green in my backyard. Something I could chip around on and have the guys over to have putting contests. At my age I can't install it myself so I have been looking for a company to install it for me. I called and emailed so many companies and it was surprising how many companies don't answer the phones or call back. One company answered their phone every time I called Global Syn Turf. I told them I was looking to have a Putting Green in Pennsylvania and they immediately told me they don't do installs. They were a manufacturer and could send me samples and refer me to an artificial turf dealer in my area. I received the turf samples of putting green and fringe in the mail about a week later. I then called the dealer in my area and they came out to give me an quote for installation. The gentleman showed up on time, measured the yard and then sat down with me to go over different designs of the putting green itself. We tossed around several ideas for the shape and size of the putting green. He and I settled on a great design with four holes that had different undulation throughout. I gave him a deposit and scheduled a start date 1 week later. His crew showed up on time and started the tear out and base work. When it came to the shape and undulation he had me involved every step of the way to sign off on all the details. Now the putting green is complete and I am very happy with the finished product. I want to thank Global Syn Turf and their Pennsylvania turf dealer for being such great companies to work with.

I have a chain link fence in my backyard and get no privacy from my neighbors. I found this artificial ivy living wall material online that seemed interesting to me. After further research this product would help with privacy if I hung it up on the fence. I called Global Syn Turf and spoke with someone on the phone about the product, the price, the warranty, the maintenance and how to install it. Do I need an installer or is it something I can install it myself. As it turns out I can install it myself with zip ties to the chain link fence. I was ready to buy but Global Syn Turf told me they only sell through their dealer network. They referred me to a company in Oklahoma that carries their artificial turf and ivy products. I called them and told them I just wanted to buy the ivy product and did not need an installation. They told me to come down to their store and make the purchase and they would help load me up. They were only 15 miles from my house, I went down paid with a credit card and they loaded me up. I went home installed all the artificial ivy that day and it was really easy. Now my fence looks great and I finally have some privacy in my backyard. Thanks Global Syn Turf and I recommend this company and artificial ivy to anyone interested.

GST has always been very responsive which is why I choose them as my supplier. Not that there are any issues, but when I want to know the status of an order, I am always greeted by friendly reps who make me feel like they care about their customers.

I live in Charlotte, North Carolina and I was looking for someone to install artificial turf. I moved to Charlotte about 1 year ago. I had artificial turf in my yard in California and I loved it. It saved water and maintenance and I loved it. Now that I live in North Carolina I am looking to have artificial turf installed. I called Global Syn Turf again who referred me a dealer to install my artificial turf in California and they answered on the first ring. It is good to know they are open for business. They sent me new samples and referred me to their artificial turf supplier here in North Carolina. The dealer here is a landscape supply store which had samples and is right down the street from my house. They referred me to a couple of installers that were local and I had them both out to my house to give me a bid. Both installers were very reasonable so I just chose one that I liked better and gave him a deposit to install my artificial turf. It is funny that it is cheaper here in Charlotte that it was in California to have the turf installed. Now that the grass is installed I am happy and all my neighbors are asking all about it. They want to know how it is installed, who installed, what grass company I went with. I will be giving Global Syn Turf so many referrals I am thinking I might want to become a sales rep. Just kidding, but I do want to give Global Syn Turf a big shout out.

I was on the internet looking for a piece of turf for my back patio. I didn't need an installation, I just wanted apiece of turf to lay down over my patio. There are so many companies that sell different size pre cut rolls of turf, however one of them would cut the artificial turf to the size I wanted. I understand that artificial turf comes 15' wide, but no one I could find would sell me a piece of turf cut to size. I finally came across a website called GlboalSynTurf.com and spoke with a representative. This company seemed so eager to help me and wanted my business. When I spoke with the lady on the phone she told me they would cut the turf to any length I wanted. I told her I was looking for a 15' x 15' piece of thick artificial turf to put on my patio so I could put my patio furniture on it she said there would be no problem. She sent me some samples of artificial turf and I chose the Riviera Monterey and she said she would refer me to a Global Syn Turf dealer in my area. The dealer in my area called me and let me place my order right over the phone and told me the artificial turf would be delivered to me in about 3 days. I finally receive my artificial turf and put it on my patio and it looks amazing. I want to thank everyone at Global Syn Turf and their local dealer for all their help and professionalism.

My name is Samira and I wanted to write a review and thank everyone at Global Syn Turf for being so professional, polite and helpful. I live in the big apple and wanted a reputable company to install artificial turf area in my small yard for a play area for our daughter. I want an area that is clean, sanitary and safe to play. I found Global Syn Turf online and emailed back and forth with a representative for about a week with different questions and concerns. They answered my questions and help me overcome my concerns of artificial turf. I think synthetic grass has gotten a bad name over the years, but once you learn the truth I think you will understand. Artificial turf is not allergic and real grass isn't. Artificial grass requires no water and very little to no maintenance. I said I wanted a reputable artificial turf company to help us with this project. As it turns out Global syn Turf is the actual manufacturer of the synthetic grass, however they are not an installation company. They do have a large network of artificial turf dealers nationwide and most of them have installation capabilities or can refer you to an installer.
We now have our artificial turf installed for over 3 weeks now and we love it. Our 3 year old daughter loves the new artificial turf. She wants to go outside everyday and play on the turf with her toys. I don't often write reviews but I feel compelled based on how happy we are with our new synthetic grass and how wonderful Global Syn Turf was to work with.

I work for a Commercial Real Estate company that owns properties here in New Mexico. We needed artificial turf from one of our buildings here in town. I found Global Syn Turf online and read a lot about artificial turf. I called Global Syn Turf and spoke with Greg who educated me on the benefits and features of artificial turf and how they could help our Commercial Real Estate company. Synthetic Grass has little to no maintenance so our buildings could save money by not having expensive landscape maintenance companies maintaining the lawns. Having artificial turf would also save on water. The water bill for the landscaping for some of these buildings is very expensive. Saving money for the cost of water would be a great benefit to our company. Global Syn Turf grass has a 15 year manufacturer's warranty and the synthetic grass has a 20-25 year life expectancy. This doesn't even take into account how this increases the property value. I am really glad I found Global Syn Turf and spoke with Greg to enlighten me on artificial grass. I want to write a positive review for this company now that we have had artificial grass installed at 3 of our properties now. Thanks again to everyone at Global Syn Turf.

The manager of my apartment complex asked me to do some research on artificial turf companies to install artificial turf for the dog run. At our apartment complex right now we have real grass that has turned to dirt. The dogs end up tracking dirt inside our apartments and you know what that is like. We are looking for a landscape solution for the dog run that has little to no maintenance. I researched dozens of websites looking to find out the best solution. Most companies I contacted didn't even get back to me. One company did answer my call and sounded like a real company and not a contractor on their cell phone. The gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable about turf, especially as it applies to dogs. I sent the Global Syn Turf representative a drawing with measurements of the area we are trying to put synthetic turf. He sent it back and made his recommendations of how much turf I needed to buy, how to lay it and where to put the seams. He walked me through the install process including the seaming of the turf. After hearing the process I knew this is something my apartment complex did not want to attempt the install on our own. The Global Syn Turf representative referred me a few dealers in here in New Jersey which I called for an estimate to install the artificial grass at our complex. All three companies came out to give me a free estimate to install the artificial turf. One company stood out above the rest in their attempt too show us how to save money and great ideas on how to maintain the artificial turf. He mentioned to leave the sprinklers in and cut the turf around the. Let the sprinklers run a couple of times a day to flush and rinse the artificial turf. He also showed me where to buy a dogie bag dispenser to put next to the dog run. This would give the patrons of our complex no excuse to pick up after their dogs. This value added information is the reason we gave this Global Syn Turf dealer our business. The artificial turf dog run has been installed and it is everything we wanted. I want to thank everyone at Global Syn Turf and their wonderful network of dealers.

GST has always been the top supplier of artificial grass in my eyes. The turf they offer is top of the line and despite the extreme weather fluctuations in my area, it seems to always hold up well. I found that a lot of other suppliers have slightly cheaper turf, but you get what you pay for. The turf I get from them usually doesn't last very long and my customers aren't satisfied in the long run. If you're looking for a good supplier, then GST is your best bet.

It gets hot here in Las Vegas and I needed to know if my turf was going to be to hot to walk on. I found Global Syn Turf online and called them up. The representative on the phone educated me on artificial turf and heat. They told me artificial turf does get hot in direct sunlight, in the middle of the day in the heat of the summer. I was told to hose the turf down to drop the temperature, put shade on the turf, leave my sprinklers in to cool down when necessary or use a new infill called T-Cool. This infill T-Cool sounds interesting where it cools the artificial turf down by 30-50 degrees. I did call the Global Syn Turf distributor here in Las Vegas and they came out and gave me an estimate to install artificial turf in my backyard. The sales rep was extremely educational and I felt I could trust him and his company to do a good job for me. Thanks Global Syn Turf for the great education and service.

I living in Wisconsin and there aren't many contractors that install artificial turf here. I was surfing the internet and found a website called Global Syn Turf.com. The website had an application that could tell me the size of my yard. This application is amazing, it gives you a Google Earth Satellite view of your house. Then you use some tools on the computer to measure lines in your yard and it gives you the measurements. I literally measured the square footage of my backyard with a satellite image of my house. This is technology at its best. Besides the "Check Your Lawn Size" application they also have a job cost calculator. This calculator will estimate the cost of all the materials needed to install your artificial grass all the way down the base work and labor to do the whole job. Then on top of that it has a "Calculate Saving" application, this app lets you figure out the saving earned when you don't have to pay for water or a gardener any more. This is a fantastic and educational website I recommend everyone see for themselves.
I called Global Syn Turf and asked them for an estimate to install my backyard and they told me they are a manufacturer and don't do installs. They referred me to their artificial turf distributor here in Wisconsin and I ended up using them to install the S Blade 66 Global Syn Turf grass. I want to write this review because of the great experience I had on the website and it is great to find a company that is a one stop shop.

Global Syn Turf helped me find an artificial turf dealer in Seattle to install my yard. There aren't a whole lot of artificial turf companies up here in Seattle, however we found the Global Syn Turf website and they referred me to a dealer only 20 minutes from my house. This dealer is a very special company. They came out to my house on a Sunday to give me a bid to install the artificial turf in my back and side yard. Me and the Sales Rep, Sammy, sat on my back porch and spoke for hours. He showed me 7 different artificial turfs and I settled on the Olive 92 StemGrass. This turf looks like it is a natural turf to the area I live it. I took a piece and put in on the ground next to the real grass in my yard and you almost couldn't tell them apart. I suggest anyone in Washington looking for artificial turf consider this turf called the Olive 92 StemGrass. Sammy gave me a great deal on my yard and showed me a few things I could do to save money. One was we laid the artificial turf east to west instead of north to south because it gave me less seams and less turf I had to purchase to cover my square footage. Here in Seattle we get lots of rain so Sammy recommend 6-8 inches of tear out and 6-8 inches of compacted base to create the foundation the turf needed to be installed on. Now my artificial turf is installed and my yard looks great. Even when it rains I can let the dogs out on the artificial turf and there is not mud tracked into my house. I can't explain how great this synthetic turf has been and not to mention no maintenance. Thanks Global Syn Turf for all you have done.

Turf seems to be the next big thing out here in Alabama. I'm seeing an increasing number of homeowners make the switch the artificial grass rather than trying to maintain their real grass lawns. It could be that people are starting to see the value that turf has and that it's a great investment to make. If you haven't already, request some samples from GST and see which models work best for you. They have every turf available on the market so you're in good hands here.

Here in Portland everyone cares about the environment and what is good for the planet. I have to say I am one of those people. I have been contemplating artificial turf for my yard for so many years, however I was unsure of the environmental effects of artificial turf. I spent a lot of time researching artificial turf and the footprint it leaves on the environment. I found a lot of my information on your website Global Syn Turf.com. As it turns out synthetic turf has a lot of redeeming characteristics that help the environment. First, it is 95% recyclable. This means that after its useful life you can recycle 95% of the material. I thought this was pretty good considering other products on the market today that have little to no recycling capabilities. One of the biggest things for me is that artificial turf saves so much water compared to having real grass in your yard. I read that a 1,000 sq. ft. artificial turf installations can save 35,000 gallons of water per year. This equates to about 70% of a household water bill. Think about it, 70% of your water bill goes to watering the grass in your yard. Think what can be done by saving 35,000 gallons of water per year per house. That is a lot of water! Some research shows you an average house uses 75,000 gallons of water per year watering their grass. That alone seems like enough to consider installing artificial turf in your yard.
Well about a month ago I finally pulled the trigger and had Global Syn Turf artificial grass installed by a local dealer here in Portland. I am writing this review to thank Global Syn Turf for the informative website and the great local representation you have in Oregon.

In the turf industry there are so many suppliers to choose from. What separates GST from the rest for me is their exceptional customer service. Their team is extremely friendly and easy to work with. It never feels like they're trying to penny pinch or take advantage of me. My experience with GST has been nothing less than great, I would recommend trying them out.

I live in the desert and gets very hot here in New Mexico. I have been wanting to put artificial turf in my yard but I have been worked about the sun and the heat on the turf and what that will do. I don't want to spend that much money on a new artificial turf backyard and have it fade out or be to hot to walk on. As you can tell I am one of those people who does lots of research on things before I buy them. In my research I found an artificial turf company called Global Syn Turf who had an extensive website that has so much information on the subjects at hand. After studying the website I decided to call Global Syn Turf and speak with a representative. The gentleman on the phone was very kind, professional and very informative. He explained that artificial turf does get warm in direct sunlight in the middle of the day in summer. There are a few things you can do to keep the heat down. First, he said when I have the turf installed I could leave the sprinklers in and turn them on when need to cool the turf down. Second, he said I could put some sun shades up to keep the sun off the turf. Next, he told me there was an infill called T-Cool that cools the artificial turf down 30-50 degrees. So I guess there are ways to keep the turf cooler in the summer heat.
My last concern was how the artificial turf holds up to the intense sunlight. The gentleman on the phone told me that the artificial turf has ultra violet inhibitors to protect the turf from the sun. It is like a sunscreen built into the synthetic grass to keep it from the harm of the sun. The artificial turf has a 15 year manufacture's warranty that basically is the protection of the ultra violet inhibitors protecting the turf.
I finally leaned enough to move forward and have artificial turf installed in my backyard. My family and I love the synthetic grass as it is always clean and green. I recommend Global Syn Turf for anyone who wants to learn about artificial turf and wants to find a dealer close to them.

I live in New Jersey and needed a large piece of turf for my garage. It was quite difficult to find a company that could sell me just a piece of turf. When you google artificial turf there are so many companies that show up. Most of the companies you call don't even answer the phone. Most of the phone numbers you call sound like they are going to a cell phone. No one ever calls you back. How do you find the real companies of artificial turf. One company and only one company answered the phone when I called and they are Global Syn Turf. I told them I lived in New Jersey and wanted to buy a piece of turf and did not need an installation. They told me they were a manufacturer of artificial turf and they have synthetic turf dealers nationwide and would refer me to someone in my area. I called my local dealer here in New Jersey and believe it or not they answered the phone on the very first call. I had them send me samples of some turfs to look at and I settled on the Riviera Monterey 50. I was able to make the purchase over the phone and within a week the artificial turf was delivered to my front doorstep. Thanks Global Syn Turf for picking up the phone on the first try.

GST is the best west coast supplier. They got the widest selection out of any US turf supplier and their team is very friendly as well. I love how their pet products are pet friendly and kid friendly. It's also nice that they have all their turf models tested.
