How do I avoid glass burn for my artificial grass?

Gary Jacquemin | Aug 4, 2020 1:00 AM

I installed turf near a window and unfortunately, the sun shines through the glass at a specific angle that ends up concentrating all the heat on one spot of the turf. This spot heats up a lot and I'm afraid it'll burn it. What should I do?

The sunlight reflections from a window will burn or melt your artificial grass. The best way to avoid such problem is to tint your windows. There is a special window tint film made by 3M will dramatically reduce the heat and won’t get your grass burned. Unfortunately, artificial grass warranty won’t cover the window burns or melt, so you will need to make sure taking actions on the window tinting as soon as possible before it is too late.
