It is our Sierra Super-94.
Well, it is very rare for such infills problems, I personally haven’t seen such issues before, it will be difficult even though it is possible. If you have not applied the infills on your turf yet, I will suggest you to return the infills and get new ones. If the infills have already applied, you might use a shop vacuum to suck them out and replace. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at 877 796 8873 or email us at [email protected], thank you.
Yes, our turf can be installed over a torched roof. If your current slope is good enough for water to drain, you can install the turf directly onto your roof by using minimum spot glues: you will want to make sure that the turf glue used will cause no damage to your roof materials, it is always a good idea to test a small scrap to ensure the turf glue not eroding your roof materials. If the roof slope is not sufficient for water to drain, you can use drain board as an underpayment for the turf. You can find such drain underpayment by search “drain tile interlocking” on Amazon. Once drain board being used, same minimal spot gluing method should be used for the installation. You can find the permeability testing report for all our turf products at this product specification page: https://www.globalsynturf.com/artificial-grass-specifications-specs. When on the page, please click on the product name (in this case, S blade-50), a separate window will pop up with all testing titles, click on Water Permeability Test. As you will see, our S blade-50 averaged 47 inches per hour which is the capacity of 3-4 times of category 5 hurricane’s downpour. For our artificial putting green installations, as far as the base preparation concerns, we always recommend to use the same methods of all artificial grass installations: one layer of 2-1/2” road base and one layer of 1-1/2” of decomposed granite which will provide solid and smooth base, to learn about more step by step guidelines, please visit this link: https://www.globalsynturf.com/installation-guides, or call us at 877 796 8873 or email us at [email protected], thank you.
