All the infills on today’s market is relatively safe to use for artificial grass installation. The infills are meant to provide extra weight and hold the turf down better and help the blades to stand up. In most cases, if the infills are applied properly, it will sink all the way to the very bottom of the turf, you will not be able to see or get contact with it unless you spread open the fibers and put your fingers into the turf. Artificial grass doesn’t provide any good conditions for the pests or snails to live within, therefore, you shouldn’t concern about such animals or pests will present any problems. Compared with real grass lawns, artificial grass is much “cleaner”! We have never had any complaints about such issues before.
