Turf Super Glue 29 oz: Small But Mighty

Paul Alabama
Ross

I’ve used Turf Super Glue 29 oz on several small repair jobs, and it works like a charm. Despite its smaller size, the glue provides a strong bond that holds the turf together perfectly. It dries quickly, so there’s minimal downtime, and the repairs have lasted through heavy use and weather changes. It’s a reliable product that I always keep on hand for touch-ups and smaller installations.

How do I install small pieces of turf on the wall?

It will depend on the type of wall you have. If you are installing the artificial grass on a regular interior wall with sheetrock, you can find the studs and simply nailing the turf on it. If you are installing the turf on a concrete wall or outside wall with stucco or bricks, you can either use anchors and nail or use glue to be easy. If you can email us with your wall picture along with the size of the artificial grass you want at [email protected], we will be able to help you better.

Should I use glue or nails for an indoor turf project?

It depends on the size of your area and application. If you are installing the artificial grass in a room, you can do the installation the same way as carpet: no need to use glue or nails, simply floating the turf and tuck the edges, or use pin nails as needed (not the long nails people used for outdoor installations), and you can always put paddings underneath the turf for extra cushioning. If you are installing the artificial grass as an indoor sport field or similar with at a large scale, I will recommend you to use turf glue for the best results. We offer free consultations on artificial grass products and installations, please call or email us at [email protected] for any further questions.

Small patch of sand pooling on the grass

From what you are describing, I suspect the “shrinking” is due to some excessive heat which can be window or other object reflections or nearby heat sources like fence or pavements or objects being placed on the turf. Turf is like carpet which can be cut and patched, if you only have a 4”x4” area to be fixed and you still have any leftover turf from your original installation, you can cut the bad section out and patched with a new piece. To better assist you, we would like to see some pictures of your problem, you can email us at [email protected], thank you.

What is the difference between nails and glue for installation?

The usage of nails and glues are different for artificial grass installations, you will need both to get the proper job done, not necessarily one is better than the other. In general, you will need to nails to secure the perimeters of your artificial turf, and also to be used along with seaming tape and glue to secure the joints of two pieces together. The turf glues are mainly used to bond the artificial grass seams together.
