Yes, you can fold the artificial grass. But you have to be careful about the crease marks when folding the turf. Folding the artificial grass won’t make any damages to it, without enough experience, you might have a hard time to get rid of the crease marks from the folding. You always want to open up the turf and leave it under the sun for a few minutes to allow it to relax, sometimes you might have to flip the turf and have the backing side up and allow more time for sun to heat it. In a warm day, the crease markS should go away after a few minutes. If after the turf being relaxed and you still can see some, you can use brushes or brooms to brush the mark area and that will take care of it.

It might if you leave the piece completely loose on the concrete. We always recommend to somehow secure the grass into the solid surfaces regardless a permanent or temporary applications before any usages. For permanent installations of turf onto concrete surface, you will need to use turf flies and 1/4” trowel and you need to make sure all edges have full contact with both glue and turf and concrete. For temporary installation, we recommend you to use strong double sided carpet tapes or Velcro along the edges to avoid any tripping hazards.

Actually your turf will get “cleaned” when it rains instead of getting dirty. A typical artificial grass surface used for sport trainings will stay relatively clean to start with, given time, there might be some dust get accumulated, so when it rains, the dust will be washed away. With a turf surface, you can resume your activities on it shortly after the rain without worrying about getting dirty or muddy compared with natural grass surfaces.
