This is a very good question. Artificial grass can get hot in hot climates, that is a fact. Our engineers have been working very hard to develop products that can stay as cool as possible during a hot day, we have an unique technology named as "KoolMax" to bring the temperatures of turf down during a normal warm day. However, in order to prevent artificial grass from heating up in an extremely hot climate, I will suggest you to use an excellent infill product to go with your artificial grass, it is called TCool! Using this infill product with your turf, specially given some moisture, your artificial grass can be cooler by 30-50 F degrees in a hot day!
