Is artificial grass hard to install in an upstairs area?

I want to install artificial grass for a commercial project, but the area I need it to be installed in is upstairs. Is it still plausible to do so?

I assume that you are installing the artificial grass indoors. If it is the case, you can simply treat the turf as indoor carpet regardless installing it at ground level or upstairs. The turf is very similar to carpet when it comes to handle and move them even though they are typically heavier than regular carpet, it is flexible enough that you can bend them to move around the tight spaces.
