I want to thank Global Syn turf or having a local distributor here in Minneapolis Minnesota. I tell you I've done a lot of research and there aren't many companies here that do artificial grass. I finally found Global Syn turf installation in this area. They told me they had a dealer here in the Minneapolis Minnesota area. I called both dealer Distributors and got a bid for installation in my backyard. I ended up going with the higher price installer because they did more tear out use more best you seem fabric glue and nails for the scenes. Now that the installation has been installed for 3 weeks my kids my pet and most importantly my wife loved it. I want to thank Global Syn Turf and their local dealer distributor installer here in the Minneapolis Minnesota area for making this an easy transaction.
It is difficult to tell without seeing the process and results of the installation. Turf installers might use different installation materials that available locally and alternate the process from our recommendations while still achieving the goals such as proper drainage. Infills are recommended for the purpose of helping to hold down the turf and minimize contractions and expansions. Your installer is correct that most of our turf are thick and fluffy enough to stand up well, though. Sometimes people skip using infills because of budget or for small areas. In any case, uneven surface seems more like an installation issue. For any further questions, please feel free to call us at 877 796 8873 or email us at [email protected], thank you.

Yes, we have our turf independent tested and passes all nine levels for fire retardant. We have test sheets available from the office staff. Our turf is installed at former Angels manager Mike Scioscia house, and it had melted but turf helped stop the house from going up.

Yes, Pet Turf will be our top recommendation for your application! This artificial grass come in with special design fiber forming a "U" shape which is very durable and help the flow of dog's urine as well. Being an unique fiber design, this turf also looks natural as its "U" shaped blades reflect light differently than a flat surface. Most impartially, this Pet Turf has a great drainage system, it drains more than 12 feet of water per hour! Besides durability and drainage, we have made this product short and dense which not only make it easy on your dogs' feet, but also make extreme easy when it comes to clean it. We recommend to use our deodorizer to spray down the area whenever necessary, you can fined the details on the spray product by clinking on this link: https://www.globalsynturf.com/products/pet-odor-neutralizer

It will be very easy to replace the existing artificial grass with new, especially if your original turf installation was done correctly. The original sub base and the size of your turf will be the key factors for me to make a suggestion on if the replacement can be done by yourself. If your sub base is in great shape, and your area doesn't require seaming or you have confidence to handle the seaming part of the replacement, you then can try to do the replacement by yourself. The process will be as simply as following:
