If your application is a typical landscape lawn, you will expect liquids go through the drainage holes onto your sub base which normally required to be a few inches of drain rock and decomposed granites ideal for optimized draining capacities. If you have your turf installed on a hard surface and needs the turf to drain, I will recommend you to use drain tiles to create the spaces underneath your artificial grass for drainage purpose.
